About Panera Bread

Panera Bread is a busy spot in a retail area, with long lines and a kiosk to place orders. The service might be slow, but the food, like the Southwest chicken salad and Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt, is delicious. The new location is bright and airy, though lacking in seating compared to the old spot. Using the app for mobile orders is recommended to avoid slow drive-through service. The staff is friendly, and despite some delays, the food quality remains top-notch at this Panera Bread location. Catering is highly praised, with quick turnaround and always ready orders, making it a reliable choice for events. Customers have enjoyed breakfast sandwiches, especially the steak and wake, though there was a recent issue with a simple sandwich that only had bread and egg, which the staff handled well. The toasted croissant sandwiches are popular for a quick lunch, and the place is known for consistent service and cleanliness. However, some customers have noted concerns about trash disposal, as trash cans are often closed and food is served in paper bags. Additionally, there have been observations about unwrapped spoons placed openly under the pick-up counter, raising questions about hygiene. Despite these minor issues, this Panera Bread location remains a convenient and generally satisfying option for food.

I had the pick 2 which consisted of 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 soup. The price was $14 which included an upcharge for cheddar cheese. Asked for rye bread. They don't have it so they just gave me whatever. Asked for no let and tomato got it anyways. Most tables were dirty no salt or lemon at beverage station. Overpriced
This is for all Paneras…why are there no gluten free bread options. To be a place who prides themselves on healthy food there really isn’t many truly healthy options. Gluten free people are excluded. No one wants a sandwich with no bread and there is not one gluten free bagel. This is ashamed and Panera should do better at adhering to those who have allergies.
Went to Panera for a light lunch. Cashier was pleasant. I ordered a half Shrimply Baja salad. Everything appeared good at first sight. When I attempted to pierce my fork in a piece of shrimp, it was frozen rock solid. I brought it to the counter and told the person putting orders together that it was frozen solid. He said “that’s all we have”. How can you serve something frozen solid and expect a person to eat it? This is why so many people have stopped going out...read full review
