“Im a vegetarian therefore it’s hard finding places to eat when i don’t feel like cooking . However i think i’ve finally found a regular spot . I first tried them eating off my moms plate and was blown away by the flavor of the okra & creaminess of the mac and cheese . I created my own order of a veggie plate shortly afterwards & thats when I found out it’s a vegan spot !!! EVEN BETTER !!! I ordered the mac / okra & kale salad as the sides for the veggies plate and when i say everything was immaculate !!! The vinaigrette 🤏🏾🤏🏾 . I just created my 2nd order & i had her order for me due to me being highly indecisive . I was stuck between wings and nachos , she chose the nachos & baby this CHILI !!!!!!!! 👌🏾👌🏾 definitely made a great choice !!! Only critique is i would add more toppings like actual nachos should be (lettuce tomato olives jalapeños pico etc) I cant wait to try the wings next !!! definitely my go to spot for when i dont want to cook my own vegetarian meals . I also just signed up for my gym membership . Great combination for my healing journey !! Overall i highly recommend !!! 100/10 !!!! The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the service was friendly from the start. I tried the chicken nachos, and they quickly became my favorite. Perfectly seasoned, generously portioned, and loaded with all the right toppings—crispy chips, tender chicken, melted cheese, and just the right kick of spice. You can tell they put care into their food. If you're in the area and looking for a local spot with great Mexican food, this place is worth the stop. I’ll definitely be back!”

Few people having a coffee on the patio area. Everything looked so delicious! House made breads, cookies, cakes, and fresh brewed coffee. Will have to come back for lunch, the sandwiches looked so good. Grabbed a bunch of cookies for some client gifts and some lemon bars for me 😏. The staff was so friendly and helpful with all the different options they had freshly made that day. Will surely visit again!”

Everything on the platter was flavorful, juicy, and grilled to perfection. You could taste the authentic spices in every bite. My daughters especially loved the Veg Samosas, crispy, hot, and filled with delicious spiced potatoes and peas. As usual, they were perfect. It’s our favorite every time we visit! We also tried the Garlic Naan and Cheese Naan both were fresh, soft, and went so well with the meal. The staff was super kind. Definitely one of our favorite places for Indian food. Highly recommend the Mixed Grill for meat lovers and don’t skip the samosas! will be back for sure.”

“I never leave reviews, but this place is just too good to not share. The drinks are unique and delicious (My favorite is the Island Boi, or the Orange Creamsicle one, or maybe the Coco Loco one 😂😂). And the food is incredible! I’ve never had anything there that I didn’t love. My favorites are the hush puppies, hummus, Veg Fil A sandwich, and the rice and beans bowl. This time when we went, the chef added protein crumbles, nacho cheese, and green onions on top and it was even better. My son loves the Hoot sandwich and he’s 10 years old and usually non-vegan….so that’s a huge compliment to the flavor of that sandwich. On top of all this, the place is just cool. The atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting, like I could stay all night if I didn’t have to put my kid to bed! 🤣 I just really love this place and I’m so glad to see it added to our neighborhood!!”

“My waitress was Corey a slim light skinned guy with dreads. He was rude the whole night. We first entered the restaurant there was hardly nobody there he told us it will be a 15min wait. So we sat down and waited in about 10mins 3 people passed us and went and sat down so I got up and told him then he rudely seated us. As we ordered he was looking at the game on the television and gave us no eye contact. I asked for 2 unsweet teas 1 with no ice I got two sweet teas, I told him that it was sweet an I wanted unsweetened but my husband said that he would keep his sweet tea. So the waitress picked it up and brought me a sweet tea again this time with ice when I asked for no ice. So the second time I decided to just let it sit there because he seemed upset. I placed my order and asked for an extra side of potatoes, he said they come in 3 so I said ok I want it. Then my husband asked do potatoes come with his order and the waiter said “yes do you want to add extra” my husband said “naw I’m good” when the order came I had only 3 potatoes which is what comes with the order, my husband had four potatoes that’s three that come with the order and one extra. I looked at the receipt and saw that he charged both of us for an extra order of potatoes. I told him that I don’t have an extra order in mine, and that my husband didn’t order an extra side but if he did, he should have gotten three potatoes, not one extra . He said “yes he did ask for extra” we both said no he didn’t. and he ran to the back talking loud i can hear him say “bro I swear they ordered extra potatoes. We don’t say anything else. We know what we ordered he was too busy watching the TV while we were ordering . He brought the ticket to the table and told us we can pay up front. He didn’t say thank you, have a good night or nothing he never looked back our way. he never even apologized for bringing me sweet tea both times with ice. We left him a $10 tip although he didn’t deserve a dime but he could have gotten more. I’m just not the type to leave nothing. His attitude was so nasty I will not go there again!”

Following this conversation, Chef Jonathan promptly developed a suitable solution. I ordered the brick chicken, prepared using only olive oil, rosemary, and thyme—a dish perfectly aligned with my dietary limitations. The meal was exquisite, and I thoroughly enjoyed dining with my friends. accommodate my very strict food intolerances, and they went out of their way to do just that. I needed my dishes to be cooked in pure olive oil, amongst other things. At first, I told Eddie it looked like I could only have broccoli and a salad with minimal toppings. He said, "You can't come here and just eat salad and broccoli." He then said to call the next day, and he would get the chef on the phone to discuss my food concerns. I called the next day, and Jonathan quickly had an idea. I ordered the brick chicken, which only had olive oil, rosemary, and thyme. Exactly what I was able to eat. It was delicious, and I was so thrilled to eat out with my friends. I so appreciate both of them going out of their way for me.”

We held a celebration for my wife’s 75th birthday at MGrille, with about 30 friends. Michelle Wang was wonderful for us to work with in designing the menu and arranging the venue. The food was everything we could have hoped for, Michelle made special accommodations for vegetarians and everything was delicious. The food was kept warm in chafing dishes during the first hour of the party, while we mingled and chatted. When the group was ready to eat, the tops of the chafing dished were removed and folks filled their plates … the food was delicious and perfect for serving. Everyone commented about how great the food was, the two cocktails we picked out for the party were enthusiastically enjoyed and there were also three choices for nonalcoholic drinks. We also greatly appreciate Michelle’s wonderful staff for the party - Leo, Kyle, Payton and Frank, thanks again! The venue was comfortable and generously sized. The baby grand piano was great for the occasion (and thank you to Bert Ligon, a delightful pianist). From my experience, the ladies stare and wait for me to say what I want instead of, "Hello, welcome to Lita's. What would you like today?" They are friendly once you talk to them, but you have to begin the conversation. That would be my only complaint about Lita's, but I'd still recommend everyone come to this delicious dessert shop.”
