Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Columbia

“The chicken strips look like they were cut in half and the atmosphere was extremely crowded with nowhere to sit or stand. I do understand but I feel like they need to expand this building or put more staff in it because they’re clearly getting enough money from everyone that’s purchasing from Popeyes the drive-through was crazy crowded And I recommend the staff for trying to service as many people as possible but the chicken strips were like almost $17 for a meal with five strips that look like they were cut in half.“

“Stopped by for to pick up a late lunch, and tried the Manager's Special with a drink. 3pc, leg, wing, and thigh and Coke. The service was great as usual and the staff was friendly and helpful. My food was hot made to order. Thanks again for a great experience. I'll definitely be returning soon..“

“My first visit to this location. I skipped the drive thru because it had so many customers. When i went inside the lines were crazy so i used the kiosk. I was fast and easy. My wait was 15 minutes but was better than waiting in line just to order. Recommend the kiosk. The food was good but inside seemed rather hectic.“

“The food was good and the customer service was very good. My problem is with the directions. It would be extremely helpful if it was mentioned that this was located INSIDE A MALL at the FOODCOURT. Being new to the area and very directionally challenged, it took me forever to figure out. On top of this, I'm also handicapped and wound up walking so much to finally get to the food. By the time I picked it up I was extremely fatigued, short of breath, and in a lot of pain. I'm glad the food warms up easily because I couldn't eat it for quite awhile. If it were not for the exceptionally kind service and empathetic response to my situation, I would have given this location a much less positive review but truly the food was very good and once I relaxed and calmed down I enjoyed it very much. Please, make customers aware that you're located in the food court and I suggest better signage so that the disabled will not have to walk so far.“

“I recently visited the Popeyes at 10002 Two Notch Road in Columbia South Carolina. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received. From the moment we ordered our food to the time we enjoyed it in the clean lobby, everything exceeded our expectations. We visited on the evening of September 29th and the four staff members on duty were all working really hard. The manager was working his butt off and the young man at the register was particularly friendly. I believe this name was Chad. He even brought us our order and ask if there was anything else we needed. And that fried chicken, Wow! It was served hot and crispy, and cooked to perfection DOWN TO THE BONE, which truly impressed me. Thank you, Popeyes, for providing great service, a pleasant atmosphere, and a professional team. Being able to step into a restaurant that really made you feel valued really meant a lot because my husband and I had a challenging day. We genuinely appreciated it! God bless you and continue to keep those standards high!

P.S. There was a female manager who was coming on duty as we were eating and she just as pleasant and professional! I loved her interaction she had with her team! It was very caring while being professional at the same time.“
