“Sandwich was ok. Fries not really warm. Thigh chicken piece though was bedt popeys fried piece ever.
The staff made my visit great. I'm guessing the manager, because he wore dark gray shirt, didn't hear my order correctly but promptly made it right.
His demeanor and tone of voice was so professional like he wanted to be there and cared for his job.
They were out of several things...napkins, ice, mayonnaise..but that's ok. The manager's presence was overwhelmingly positive.“
“Jan 17, 2026 update. I returned to the restaurant later that same evening and the manager apologized and offered to replace the whole meal on the 17th. When I returned, the manager made good on his offer, but I didn't want a whole meal. I only wanted and accepted the missing items.
Jan, 16, 2026. I drove 26 miles round trip and this location didn't get my online order right. Look at the receipt, look at the chicken. Not a wing or leg to be found. I have lost all trust at this restaurant, now I have to open the box, count the pieces and make sure I have the correct pieces before I leave the store. Totally unnecessary!
Tried calling the store, got a constant busy signal.“
