“The only reason this store is getting 5 stars across the board is because of their frontline worker Natasha. Pleasant personality, willing to assist and excellent customer service. I told her the problem and with no hesitation she resolved the issue. You definitely need more Natasha’s in the fast food industry. They are over worked and underpaid.“

“Overall, we had a fantastic experience At this Popeyes location. We ordered our food online and went inside to pick it up. We didn’t have to wait long at all. The lady making our order was super sweet and made the experience fantastic. Also, the restaurant was very clean on the inside and our orders were made correctly. We will definitely be visiting again.“
“I really love Popeye's biscuits and red beans and rice and that's why I ordered (DoorDash) them along with my chicken wings. Unfortunately I didn't get any of it. My receipt had everything right on it but I didn't get my wings or rice or coleslaw or red beans and rice or my strawberry pie. You can't blame the DoorDash person because the bag was closed with the receipt over it which means the store put it in their completely wrong with the right receipt. Check your bags people“
“I am visiting from Florida. My sister and I stopped here on 6/30/26 between 1:30 and 2. I didn't get the young man's name that took our order but wanted to give him a shout out for being amazing! We dined in, our order was done in a timely manner and delicious. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. Thanks for a great meal!“
“Really good tasting food, it took a fair amount of time to get it but good things come to those who wait. I felt that the crew was a well-oiled machine and that the problems were just the fact that lots of people wanted that Louisiana fried Chicken at the same time“

“My family LOVES Popeyes, the one in concord almost changed that. The one on university city blvd ( store 13604) has such fantastic people running it. Shay and Kenny were awesome! 10/10 employees. The food was fresh and delish, and it was a very welcoming environment set by them both.“
“Previous review: I would really like to give them one star... That is the review that I gave about five years ago. 2026, five stars! Talk about turning this location around 💯. The food is always hot and fresh. My order which previously was always wrong is now always correct. And oh my goodness, the customer service is almost close to that other chicken fil a place! I stopped going to the Albemarle Rd location for years. It is now the only location that I will go to.“
