Food was hot and fresh, but every time I go I specifically ask for dark meat. Same order each time, this is my 5th time going and they always give white meat. I think proper retraining is needed because most of the employees give out the wrong kind of chicken each time.
Absolutely horrible! Never again!
Ordered 11 piece chicken strip dinner with Large mash potatoes &gravy.
I also ordered 1 to 2 of multiple different types of sauces because it's been awhile since I've eaten Popeyes and I wanted to see which one I like the best for future orders. I also ordered an extra side of gravy for my mashed potatoes or it's dip my strips in.

I went through the drive though and whoever took my order acted so annoyed I was there. They made me repeat my order 3 times because they couldn’t get it right and then wouldn’t even tell me the price just said to pull around. I sat at the window for 15 minutes and no one even came to take my card or give me my food.
