The only reason this store is getting 5 stars across the board is because of their frontline worker Natasha. Pleasant personality, willing to assist and excellent customer service. I told her the problem and with no hesitation she resolved the issue. You definitely need more Natasha’s in the fast food industry. They are over worked and underpaid.

King Horatio turned my bad experience at the Popeyes on Albermarle rd to a memorable experience where I'd recommend Popeyes to friends and family. After beings told at the Popeyes on Albermarle rd that there is no more food cooked after 10pm because the store closes at 11pm, Horatio made my order fresh and fast at the Popeyes on Tryon.
