terrible wait in the drive thru, I been waiting 24 mins and counting on 8 pieces nuggets & fries, seriously this is the worst. on top of that they said they don't have the new hottie sauce & it's discontinued. whatever. lies & lies and no apology 😒 1 star because Dr pepper was good
I’ve never had an issue with this location but tonight pissed me off. I did an online order for pick up to only have to wait an hour and 23mins in the drive through line which I was trying to avoid. What’s the point of offering the service if you guys don’t allow patrons to enter the building? Ordered 8 piece through Grubhub: spending @$34.00 with tip. Driver was pleasant and food delivered when promised. However the chicken appeared old and refried in old grease. Grubhub notified with photo and I am now awaiting FULL REFUND back to my bank. I have never had this type of poor quality in food from Popeye's and will not be returning.
