Ordered Sunday afternoon. Waited 20 mins for 2 burgers and a fry and the lobby only had about 5 people. After standing there the manager finally gives me my order, no words, no offer of something to make it right or apology like he was taught in training, just hands me the bag. No ketchup, no napkins and the burgers looked like they had been smashed and all I asked for was no pickles on the cheeseburger and guess what had pickles? ?? Yep. Smh
I stop here in the mornings on my way to work for breakfast and it is always hot and delicious! There is a lady at window 2 who always has a smile on her face and it is so appreciated!
