Sheila and the other employees here are always so friendly to me, they got good customer service and whenever we make a group order they always come thru!
One korpulent woman was in charge of everybody, she was behind work loads, everybody was waiting.
Ordered Sunday afternoon. Waited 20 mins for 2 burgers and a fry and the lobby only had about 5 people. After standing there the manager finally gives me my order, no words, no offer of something to make it right or apology like he was taught in training, just hands me the bag. No ketchup, no napkins and the burgers looked like they had been smashed and all I asked for was no pickles on the cheeseburger and guess what had pickles? 🤷🏾 Yep. Smh
