I would probably skip this location. 92 health score and sign says new MGMT. I think the MGMT name is chaos. Took 14 minutes to get a simple order. The food was ok. Mashed potatoes were a little lumpy. If you do come to this location, go they the drive thru. All the tables are dirty.

I thought I was not going to have to cook and I'll be darn if the chicken got blood in it and I'm pregnant and I'm upset because me and my unborn child shouldn't been delivered no food with no blood in it putting my child life in danger what is wrong with these people? Yeah I'll just be cooking and don't be cooking making makes sense so that was a waste of my money and then that's a waste of food. Don't make no sense. UNPROFESSIONAL STAY AWAY!!! This place should be shut down. I went here twice in one night. Long wait times, staff unfriendly and unprofessional, they act like they don’t see you when you’re standing there. People were returning food due to incorrect orders, the so called manager a heavyset black guy was sweating all in the food as he was packing it up I literally saw sweat drip in a box of chicken and aside from the horrible staff at the location, when I returned to the drive thru I was hit in the back by another car, I asked management for surveillance as a camera was out there, they said they had to ask the GM and all of these people who obviously don’t assist in day to day operations and are too lazy to return phone calls, weeks later still nothing. It starts at the top and I see why the staff is so unprofessional, their bosses are just as sorry and pathetic. The store should be shut down and I should contact the state about the sanitation alone. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Came and ask for the shrimp special, which is popcorn shrimp. I always check my food. I thought the price was a little high especially for the butterfly shrimp. Open the box and it was popcorn shrimp which I don’t like. I tell her and she said they didn’t have a button for it but it’s the same price. I know it’s not the same price. Won’t be back very understaffed for front end.

I have gone to this location too many times to place an order. The drive thru recording comes on, I sit there for a few minutes, no one ever says anything, and I end up pulling off to go to a different Popeyes. I'm not sure who manages this location now, but it would be nice not to be ignored in the drive thru. I just left this location and I was ignored again in the drive thru, so I went to a different Popeyes. I was the only person in the drive thru. Just put up a sign that says closed until further notice if no one wants to work the drive thru or require customers to come inside. I drove past the drive thru window and employees were inside. Some people left with their food after placing an order inside when I pulled up at this location.
