“The cashier was AMAZING and just super sweet! I got the 6 duo with 3 bone in wings, 3 tenders, and I subbed onion rings for fries. I am an onion ring girly and these were just ok. 1st time I have ever wished I had gotten fries. The chicken was top tier! Seasoned and fried well and the chicken pieces were pretty big. My son got the Buffalo Chicken bowl. He said the chicken was really good, everything else was just ok.“

“Had the best meal here today! Get the strawb12therry shortcake-it was amazing. We tried the ribs,pulled pork,brisket, greens, Mac n cheese, and cornbread. I personally liked the dark, thick red sauce (Ga Folks it's good!) but they give you three sauces to go with the bbq. Warning- the greens are kinda on the sweet side- they're different. They're not nasty but not your regular greens. Awesome jewel in Columbia!“

“When you're from out of town, recognize you're where the locals go table of 7 octogenarians, one of them in a wheel chair..... could tell it wasn'ttheir 1sttime here.... they get busy, so just be patient and then enjoy - we had gyros with added feta cheese on top, fries, and fried ocra... people around us had the shrimp, chicken gizzards, chicken strips, philly sandwiches. Our plan is to visit again before we leave town. Perfect place to pick up and take back to the hotel for 2nd lunch or 2nd dinner. Treat them right. “We had an in-house catering for our Softball Christmas party. Leigh handle everything amazingly for us and made everything go smooth. She stayed in contact and made sure we had a wonderful time. Food and service was wonderful“

“Sports bars are not my jam but it's a really nice one. The food was excellent. There were TVs tuned to every sport that was currently playing. The service was great. We really had a good time. I had a Reuben and french fries and local draft beer, and it was all perfect!“

“This place is really close to the Gamecocks stadium and South Carolina state fair grounds. So if you don't wanna pay expensive food prices at the stadium or fair this place is for you. Great food, small menu which makes the food they serve even better. We will definitely be coming back here more often.“

“Touchdowns is a fun enough bar. It’s definitely a lot more corporate than the other bars in Five Points, and is lacking in a distinctive personality. With that being said, it is a fun place to stop by and grab a drink, and you can actually taste the liquor in their cocktails, which you can’t say for every bar in the area.

I will also say that their bartender (I’m unsure of his name) does a great job and is always very nice and friendly. A lot of times bartenders come off as very arrogant and seem like they hate their lives, but I love how interactive he is and how he always seems to be having a great time.

All-in-all, I would describe Touchdowns as an average bar with a great bartender!“

“My wife made reservations here for our before Maxwell and Kem concert dinner. The atmosphere is laid back, with great music. We shared the Genesis salad, which was delicious. She had the Lamb chops, sauteed asparagus and Top Tier Mac & Cheese. She shared her asparagus and it tasted great! I dined on the Reef and Beef, which consisted of a 10 oz steak with shrimp in a garlic butter, Top Tier Mac & Cheese, and Glazed carrots. Everything was delicious! Now, I can't wait to try the salmon, or wings and the smoked collards. Do yourself a big favor and book your table. You will not be disappointed!!!“

“We planned to do something for our wedding anniversary today but something came up and we had to stay home. We decided to have JR Cash’s tonight as take out because we haven’t had them in a while due to our busy schedules and boy it did not disappoint!! We had the ribeye, prime rib..sides and house salad..croissants. Our girls wanted grilled cheese and a burger and we were all soo satisfied!! “The food is good & plentiful. We definitely got our money’s worth. The large order of rice was filled to the brim. Enough for 6 servings for me. The hibachi combo also came with a lot of rice. I didn’t know it came with vegetables and they put them at the base of the chicken so it looks more full with chicken than it really is but is still a really good amount for the price. The fried crab sticks are not exactly how I’m used to from NJ or PA, but still good. The quality of the food was good as well. We would return.“

“Went inside to place a to go order. I had the Steak and Fries, along with 10 Sweet and Spicy wings. I ordered my Steak all the way, and it was delicious! I was really surprised of how flavorful the wings were, they were great! I also like the fact they put some of the wing sauce with the wings, that made it great for dipping. “My husband has been smoking meats for 20 years.. he has NEVER complimented any establishment like Peebles! The brisket and ribs (we got the Jamaican Jerk) were to die for! The beer selection is awesome. It may be called a 5 star Dive Bar because all you want to do is DIVE INTO THE FOOD! The wing selection IS CRAZY! You can order flats only (my fav!) and multiple flavors like the meat! The bartenders Shannon and Danny were AWESOME! We also had a new server, Josh who was so efficient, polite and fun! She always brings a positive energy that makes the experience enjoyable. However, on my most recent visit, she wasn’t working and a new employee was on duty. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the same. I ordered something simple, but it took much longer than expected—and to make matters worse, the food wasn’t fully cooked.“

“I’ve ordered from here a few times now. Staff are helpful and ordering is easy. Most of my orders have been fine with minimal complaints. This last time was a disappointment though. My sub was not made to order and I was missing 2 wings. I asked for no mustard and no onions and got both. It’s hard to return for a remake or to make a complaint when you are on a time limit for lunch so I was not able to get any mistakes corrected. Next time I’ll be sure to check the food harder when they show it to you when checking out.“

“Yesterday was my first time going and I was not disappointed. They offer a variety of combos just in case you’re undecided. I had the hotdog, 5 piece wing and fry combo. As a complimentary side you get an egg roll and I chose the lickin. They were sold out of the cheeseburger egg roll. If you’re on that side of time please stop by.“
