“Had the best meal here today! Get the strawb12therry shortcake-it was amazing. We tried the ribs,pulled pork,brisket, greens, Mac n cheese, and cornbread. I personally liked the dark, thick red sauce (Ga Folks it's good!) but they give you three sauces to go with the bbq. Warning- the greens are kinda on the sweet side- they're different. They're not nasty but not your regular greens. Awesome jewel in Columbia!“

“The cashier was AMAZING and just super sweet! I got the 6 duo with 3 bone in wings, 3 tenders, and I subbed onion rings for fries. I am an onion ring girly and these were just ok. 1st time I have ever wished I had gotten fries. The chicken was top tier! Seasoned and fried well and the chicken pieces were pretty big. My son got the Buffalo Chicken bowl. He said the chicken was really good, everything else was just ok.“

“California Dreaming in Columbia did not disappoint! The she-crab soup was rich and delicious, the shrimp nachos were just as good, and the peach margarita was absolutely divine. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was the perfect mix of upscale and comfortable. My only issue was the steak. I ordered it medium rare, but it was cooked longer than I requested. Even so, we enjoyed our visit overall and would definitely return.“

“We had an in-house catering for our Softball Christmas party. Leigh handle everything amazingly for us and made everything go smooth. She stayed in contact and made sure we had a wonderful time. Food and service was wonderful“

“Sports bars are not my jam but it's a really nice one. The food was excellent. There were TVs tuned to every sport that was currently playing. The service was great. We really had a good time. I had a Reuben and french fries and local draft beer, and it was all perfect!“

“This place is really close to the Gamecocks stadium and South Carolina state fair grounds. So if you don't wanna pay expensive food prices at the stadium or fair this place is for you. “Touchdowns is a fun enough bar. It’s definitely a lot more corporate than the other bars in Five Points, and is lacking in a distinctive personality. With that being said, it is a fun place to stop by and grab a drink, and you can actually taste the liquor in their cocktails, which you can’t say for every bar in the area.

I will also say that their bartender (I’m unsure of his name) does a great job and is always very nice and friendly. A lot of times bartenders come off as very arrogant and seem like they hate their lives, but I love how interactive he is and how he always seems to be having a great time.

All-in-all, I would describe Touchdowns as an average bar with a great bartender!“

“My wife made reservations here for our before Maxwell and Kem concert dinner. The atmosphere is laid back, with great music. We shared the Genesis salad, which was delicious. She had the Lamb chops, sauteed asparagus and Top Tier Mac & Cheese. She shared her asparagus and it tasted great! I dined on the Reef and Beef, which consisted of a 10 oz steak with shrimp in a garlic butter, Top Tier Mac & Cheese, and Glazed carrots. Everything was delicious! Now, I can't wait to try the salmon, or wings and the smoked collards. Do yourself a big favor and book your table. You will not be disappointed!!!“

The shrimp fried rice was delicious, the chicken with broccoli was perfectly cooked, and the wings were crispy and tasty. The portions were generous, and everything was ready quickly. It's an older, rugged looking place with hardly any with sit but I'm coming back. “I’ve ordered from here a few times now. Staff are helpful and ordering is easy. Most of my orders have been fine with minimal complaints. This last time was a disappointment though. My sub was not made to order and I was missing 2 wings. I asked for no mustard and no onions and got both. It’s hard to return for a remake or to make a complaint when you are on a time limit for lunch so I was not able to get any mistakes corrected. Next time I’ll be sure to check the food harder when they show it to you when checking out.“
