Sam, the owner is SO kind! I had an issue with my loaded fry. My fries were fried really hard which make them crunchy and not enjoyable to eat. I did not know the name of the food truck nor did I have the contact information to contact the owner. I also didn't feel like driving back to the food truck once I got home because it was so busy. It's so hard trying to find great seafood .Especially when thats the only meat I eat . I tried another fish spot close by on 2 occasions and was dissatisfied both times. The 2nd time was Utter disappointment after I described the issue of tasteless food just to receive the same thing..
