I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium fry. It took a minimum of 11 minutes to receive the order. I spent that time cleaning off my table and chairs. EVERY table was dirty. EVERY single table!!!!

The staff was obviously behind, but it took over 20 minutes to get a McFlurry on a sweet tea. It was an order through the app and when it said it was ready, I went in. There was nowhere to be found. I took a 10 another five minutes to get the attention of an employee who then proceeded to provide the flurry in a cup for a tea no apology no spoon there were multiple other customers in a similar predicament. I’d recommend a dislocation go through some customer service training.

One standout employee, China, provides friendly service with a smile, making visits enjoyable. The food meets expectations, with each item delivering on flavor. Parking and the drive-thru are convenient, and the restaurant is kid-friendly with great shakes and fries. However, there may be occasional mistakes with orders, such as missing syrup for pancakes, which can be frustrating. Despite some issues, including having to go to the counter for orders, it's still a great location to visit overall.
