I took a suggestion from another review and ordered a “cookie butter latter with caramel drizzle and cold foam.” 10/10 I love it. I would’ve definitely gotten it sweeter but it is sweet. And it was only $6.11!!!

“Out here visiting family and they took me here because I love coffee and ube. Pretty much tried everything ube here, but the ube shaved ice was by far my favorite thing. The ube and tiramisu crepe cakes were really good, the ube latte was good, but a little sweet, but that was my fault because I usually order half sweet or just an Americano... I mean, everything I had here was really good. We went here twice in 3 days, but I would have gone 3 times if we didn't have other plans. Anyway, I can't recommend this place enough for coffee and dessert. I will definitely go when I visit my family again.“

“I wanna take the girls at Starbucks this morning, August 12 at 6:45 AM. I was interested in trying something new and one of the girls suggested a salted caramel mocha Strato Frappuccino and it is absolutely delightful. It is delicious. It’s got the right amount of sweetness, the right amount of coffee. I wanna thank her so much for whoever introduced me to this district. I didn’t get her name, but I think she had wonderful customer service this morning and she knows exactly how to help a customer. She did a great job this morning and I wanna make sure that she is Aware of how much she helped me this morning.“

“had such an amazing experience at this Starbucks! Ari went above and beyond and made my visit extra special. I’ve never tried matcha before and she took the time to recommend and make me an Iced Matcha Latte with Brown Sugar Cream Foam to try. It was absolutely delicious! I completely understand the matcha hype now.

What really keeps me coming back to this location is the atmosphere. The energy is ALWAYS on point! The entire team is friendly, welcoming and consistently provides excellent customer service. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and it makes a huge difference in the customer experience.

“Firstly, and really the only reason this didn't get 5 stars, is they're extremely slow. There's maybe 1-2 people working at a time, with one person taking orders and making drinks. I've gone there on a 30min lunch break and spend 20min of it waiting in line. The saving grace, however, is how nice and patient the staff are and how accurate the drinks, as well. They will have some stock issues, occasionally, but that goes for nearly every Starbucks. My only other complaint is that you can't place an order through the Starbucks app for this location - so no ordering ahead! And I really hate waiting in lines.

“Many great flavors! I really enjoyed this and Gong Cha at the same time. I would recommend it if you want ice cream in the 5 Points area that isn't overly sweet but very flavorful. The ice cream isn't as fluffy as regular ice cream but is so much richer.

“I just visited this coffee shop for the first time with my daughter. She has raved about the atmosphere and the comfortable feeling she gets when she visits for a coffee and a snack. So, I ordered a hot chocolate and a chocolate chip scone to go. The barista was very friendly, and I did find the atmosphere to be comfortable. I like the old wood floors and the homey feeling inside. I drank the hot chocolate on the way home, and it was delicious. I saved the scone for tonight, and I am eating it as I type this review. This may be the best scone I’ve have ever had. It has the right texture without being dry and just enough chips without being overloaded. Delicious! The next time I’m near USC I’ll be sure to pop in and grab another treat!“
