“First time visiting, was nice to have parking right beside the building and not have to negotiate parking on the street. Cute little bakery cafe in a brick strip mall. Few people having a coffee on the patio area. Everything looked so delicious! House made breads, cookies, cakes, and fresh brewed coffee. Will have to come back for lunch, the sandwiches looked so good. Grabbed a bunch of cookies for some client gifts and some lemon bars for me 😏. The staff was so friendly and helpful with all the different options they had freshly made that day. Will surely visit again!“

“The lady who treated us was So nice and she smiled the whole time and she even asked us if our cookie looked right just in case and she let me change a cookie and the cookies were amazing not baked to deal hard but not underbake to wear. They’re literally just cookie dough, but I do like how they have that cookie dough feeling.“

“On 10/4/25 we placed an order for our 11 yr old daughter (30 minis) to take to school for her BETA Club. To make a long story short the employee working that night didn't want to bake the cookies and tried to cancel the online order. Manager got involved after we left the store and promised the cookies to us the same night. Sent a family member to pick the cookies up since we don't live near the store. Thinking the cookies were lovely like they usually are she didn't check them. They looked raggedy and I guess that employee didn't like being forced to do her job. Contacted the manager with a picture of the mess & was directed back to the store. New day, new staff. I was greeted by Josie & Oliver who proved to be amazing young adults. They handled the situation like true professionals. I went in feeling let down and unappreciated as a customer. When I left I was happy and smiling. Thank you to the manager, Josie & Oliver for making right what was once wrong. To the female who tried to steal my joy & break the spirit of an 11 yr. old, customer service is an art form and you do not possess the skills required. Customer service is for those who care and obviously you don't. Hopefully the next time we visit Crumbl you won't be there because you definitely can not help me with anything.“

“Stopped in on a girls trip to sample the cinnamon rolls, but was also pleasantly surprised by the sandwiches, soup, homemade chips, and coffee. Everything was fabulous. The atmosphere was amazing with a cozy, community feel. Ms Jody ,the owner, came by and visited with us and the entire staff was pleasant and patient as we made our selections. We tried the seasonal selection, peach cobbler, and the strawberry cheesecake cinnamon rolls. They lived up to all the hype, warm, cinammony perfection, absolutely delicious.“

“Very sweet little corner with delicious and flavorable options. I love that everything Gluten free is clearly labeled (Goat Basque cheesecake! Brown butter rice crispie treat! ). We had the Thai tea flavored Panna cotta (GF) which was creamy and light in texture. Enjoyed this little find.“

“We have tried the personal and full size bundt cakes in chocolate, red velvet and marble. All have generous amounts of the amazing cream cheese icing which we absolutely love even though the cakes themselves are super moist and delicious enough to eat without icing. We kept them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and they were as delicious as the first day.“

“We stopped by Kudzu Bakery & Market Columbia and loved the selection of fresh baked goods and market items. We picked up a few pastries, breads, and sweet treats, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. There was a nice variety to choose from, including both sweet and savory options. A great place to grab some freshly baked goodies and browse for a few unique items.“

“Was in Elgin visiting my son and his family. We went down to Soda City and stumbled across the food truck. Couldn't get enough of these. My recommendation is this: If you are a Weight Watcher, STAY AWAY! Once you get started, you can't stop. We bought a dozen, all of them different. Wonderful texture, taste . . . They are the whole nine yards and then some. Friendly service included for free! I will truly miss them as I'm in Denver, CO, but will look forward to visiting them the next time I'm in the area.“

“Lita's Treats has some of the best dessert in town. My personal favorites for the cupcakes are strawberry champagne and strawberry shortcake. The atmosphere is very warm and cozy, which is why I gave between four to five stars. However, the customer service could be better. I haven't had a negative encounter with any of the staff, but they don't make me feel welcome. From my experience, the ladies stare and wait for me to say what I want instead of, "Hello, welcome to Lita's. What would you like today?" They are friendly once you talk to them, but you have to begin the conversation. That would be my only complaint about Lita's, but I'd still recommend everyone come to this delicious dessert shop.“

“I went to get breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised on the various options. I chose the breakfast bowl which was highly recommended by the nice young lady at the register. she did not lie. it was a pretty great breakfast! Worth the drive!! service was fast and great. “I had the pleasure of trying canal coffee for the first time yesterday and i’m so glad i did! First of all, the barista was super friendly and mega skilled! Best latte i’ve ever had! Great selection of flavors, not overly sweet, perfectly balanced. They even have a separate drive through for mobile pickups!! Highly recommend this shop! Can’t wait to try some of their non coffee options as well!“

“I just want to offer a thank you to the gourmet shop for y'all's help today. My wife and I have eaten here for years and love it. So when it came time for our daughter's baptism this morning when we found out the Gourmet Shop offered a catering menu it became a no brainer for us. The catering options on a per head basis for 12 people were an incredible value. Our guests, many of whom do not live downtown now want to make it a point to visit the restaurant. Thank you again for making it easy for two parents of a 6 month old to throw a great party for our family.“

“This is my second time stopping pass the first time my cinnamon pretzel was hard as a rock. So today I go and get a lemonade it tasted like i was drinking wine. So i ask the young lady is it suppose to taste like wine. She had a nasty attitude bout it talking bout how she didn't have an complaints bout but if i wanted another it will cost 4 dollars. She got to be crazy. Never again.“

“Let me just say, Saturday I made it my business to stop here after a trip to the State Fair. And although I live in Charlotte, please know that EVERY time I come to Columbia from now on, I WILL make a trip here! I ended up getting four different kinds of cake, and ALL of them were AH-MAZING!!! 10/10 I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!“
