I called this location multiple times and left 2 messages for a week to order a cookie cake (online ordering not available), I never received a call back. I ended up going there and ordering in store which was a pleasant encounter quick and easy. Went to pick up next day (an hour after my pick up time) then had to wait another 15 minutes because it wasn't done due to miss communication between the day before and that day! The ice cream is wonderful! We always bring people who visit us here for a treat. My husband is somewhat put off by one of the young girls who works there. Says she will roll her eyes if the kids are too slow ordering. I've only witnessed this once and yes, I do try to hurry the kids along to be courteous to the families behind us but hey, we've waited in line too and our guests are always new to this ice cream shop so hopefully the workers will try to be patient when little ones...read full review

The cookies were great! I always enjoy there cookies. They are always fresh. As the weather gets better I would suggest having a ice cream line and a cookie line. I don’t think you should have to wait in a long line if your not getting ice cream, also hire more help however, overall a great experience.
