I would not use this cookie/creamery at woodhill mall In Columbia. Very bad service and can't get orders correct. I ordered on line and said mine order was ready st 6:17 but when got there they hadn't started it. I was told to get in line and reorder. At 7pm they made the order with no apology. Manager very rude and dismissive. There are other Creameries to go to.

Went to pick up cookie cake my daughter had preordered. Line was extremely long because most people were there for ice cream. Saw a review earlier that suggested a cookie line and ice cream line. I see management didn’t take that into consideration. Also only had one employee working.

Ordered a cookie cake on Wednesday to pick up at 12pm on friday. Got called 10 minutes before pick up asking could I pick up later because they had 5 cakes due at the same time. I said I was already on my way so was asked if I could wait until 12:15 i said sure. They still didnt have it ready when I got there and it looks like they spent all of 10 minutes on the cake. For the price and placing my order 2 days ahead of time this is terrible. I assume the guy that talked to me was a manager he was apologetic about the wait but the cake still looks awful.

We picked up a cake for my son's 12 birthday. We asked for just blue and white icing with, "Happy Birthday Hunter" on it. When we came in to pick it up at the time they said, they informed us that they needed 30 more minutes. Then gave us this. First of all, why flowers? We didn't ask for them and it was for a boy's party. Secondly you can plainly see that something had been on this before and the key sloppily tried to remove it and write over it. Is this the practice here? To not have the cake ready then grab someone else's cake and remove the writing and try to fix it? This is unacceptable.

This location is horrible. I stopped by with my daughter to get ice cream and cookies to have later on after are late lunch. The line was long and service was slow. The workers didn’t seem to think they needed to move faster they just moved so slow and I don’t know where management was bc if it was the girl I thought it was her mask was under her chin I don’t know why she even wore it and she was just smacking on gum. The place was a mess with food and trash on the floor. We got are ice cream and cookies and took them home and placed in freezer. Now it’s night time and ready for my ice cream I took a bite of my ice cream and come to find out she scooped vanilla ice cream not butter pecan. This has happened before. They need to separate those two flavors bc they getting them mixed up. I will be returning my ice cream tomorrow and getting the right one tomorrow. I need to find another ice cream spot bc this one is not it.

It was SO busy!! The young staff did a great job of helping everyone quickly. Had a very good experience at the location in Sandhills. I’ll be back.

The cookies were great! I always enjoy there cookies. They are always fresh. As the weather gets better I would suggest having a ice cream line and a cookie line. I don’t think you should have to wait in a long line if your not getting ice cream, also hire more help however, overall a great experience.
Horrible cookies. The strawberry ones had a bitter after taste. And the cookies are too soft and not that good, it doesn’t matter what flavor you get . I ended up throwing them in the trash. That’s a good place for them. I’d rather eat store bought cookies before I eat these and that’s pretty bad.
