“If the donuts weren't good, I would never go back. I was in line 40 min, would have left but I was trapped in there was only 2 cars only in front of me. 4 cars drove off, When I finally arrived at the windowthere was 5 staff behind the counter. Moving like a sloth No motivation or care. You could see a ton of donuts in the casing. It took the Cashier four minutes to count Ninety three cents For my change While my dozen of donuts was right beside him. It was clear it wasn't a donut shortage for the delay.“
“There was only one worker up front and one doing food, and even though the drive through line was long, I still got friendly service while I was inside. Even with the understaffing I got my drink quicker than I expected, and it tasted better than normal!“

“Updating from the last visit in 2021 review as I decided to try this location one more time:I don't know if they have all new staff or management, but my experience was amazing this time! I had all my items perfectly made & the cashier at the drive-thru was so nice & sweet! I wasn't able to get her name, but she smiled wished me a good morning, asked how I was doing & then told me to have a great day! 180° from my previous visit, I may just be coming back here more now ?2021 visit - 3 stars:Mobile order through the drive-thru. They were out of 2 of my items and suggested alternatives. The items they did have in stock were made incorrectly & had to be remade twice even after clarifying my original order verbally with the staff at the window. Staff rude & unhelpful. Will not be patronizing this location unless necessary.“

“For being inside a truck stop, this restaurant appears really nice inside. I'd give it 5 stars for appearance. The selection of donuts is less than other locations. Also, some drinks are not on the menu as with other locations. However, they can still make the drink for you upon request. They were happy to do this for me. I ordered a donut and a drink. Unfortunately, they forgot to give me my single donut and then forgot what kind I ordered. Both employees were wearing iPods and on the phone talking while helping customers. I guess that is fine. However, it shouldn't interfere with taking orders at the register, putting the orders together, and listening to customers. I think they forgot my order because they were distracted. Overall, I would go back. For the travelers, if you want breakfast close to the highway, I'd consider stopping here. Note: This location does not accept mobile orders. They also do not participate in Dunkin Rewards. You can't get reward points for your order.“
“Love the donuts when they're hot. Actually, if I'm being honest, they're freaking awesome even when they're not hot. Of course, hot is always the best time to eat them. The staff is shady friendly when I go in. The only thing I wish is that the prices were not so high. Seems like they've drastically increased in the last couple of years.I went right around St. Patrick's, and they had a nice colorful spread, as you can see in the pics.Always plenty handicapped parking. Drive-thru makes it easy for those who don't want to get out.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty parking that's easily wheelchair accessible.“

“DROOL WORTHY DONUTS and all around fun experience from the moment you walk in the door. Wide selection of donuts to pick from, but each has that custom special-treat-just-for-you essence. The blueberry pancakes was hands down the best donut I’ve ever had. I shamelessly cleaned off the extra icing on the bottom of the box and licked it off my finger because it was just that good.
