These people are clowns. They used to be the best Dunkin in the area and now they can’t manage to put together a few hot chocolates and a BLACK coffee while you’re in the drive through. I’m amazed by the inability to perform simple tasks. I didn’t ask for the Mona Lisa, and y’all couldn’t handle it.
The service has been pleasant, HOWEVER after the 3rd try ima have to leave two stars. I’m not sure what’s going on with the coffee part but I’ve gotten 3 different coffees and they ALL lack COFFEE!!!! I’m so hurt now, I had to throw it away cause it didn’t have NO COFFEE only Caramel, ice, sugar, & whip cream (I’m so hurt, I had gotten to far to turn around)
