Hey ya’ll, this visit was a good one. This location was spot on with the latte, and super friendly. This place could use a good cleaning but so they could all! Went thru their drive thru yesterday..asked for what I usually get , they handed me a black coffee . I said I asked for cream and sugar the lady proceeded to tell me it wasn't on my ticket and then acted as if that was my fault , when I know I asked for it. Then told me to keep the coffee she has already handed me because I touched it..I said ok. Then another woman came and asked for the coffee back and had an attitude, I handed right back where she Then said Thanks in a very rude tone. The other came back and basically handed me a cup of cream and sugar and said have a nice day. Are u kidding? It's coffee not science. What I do know is I won't be back and if they keep it up I know others that aren't paying 7 for a coffee they didn't order and an attitude. You had one job .
