“I only order coffee but I order it A LOT! So much so that some of the staff know my name; which I love. This seems to be the best, most accurate Dunkin’ around me. Other Dunkin’s (for whatever reason) just never taste the same as far as my sweetener goes. I honestly don’t understand this but it’s always perfect at this specific location. They have also recently been revamped inside and out and it looks great! Use the app to earn points and rewards. Mondays you get an extra 100 points for mobile ordering!“

“We went today and got 2 Large iced coffee’s and game tags were ripped off!!! We drove back around and told the employee about it... she said “they were told to remove all the tags because it ends on the 15th and they would no longer be able to accept them after that date.” I said it’s just the 10th and still have 5 days to win, etc... so I asked for another cup and she said they have been pulled off them all!!!! It seems to me like some employee(s) have taken advantage and removed these tags!!!! This should be in direct violation to the rules, etc!!! I am very disappointed in not even having the opportunity to try and win because they have been removed. Someone should get in trouble for this!!!!!!“
“Dunkin’ Donuts is the best place to be when we want to celebrate or we are simply in happy-chappy mood. Apple fritters and headlights are the most favorite Donuts along with a cup of hot coffee. So many times out of stock if late. Otherwise best place to be and enjoy!!!“

“It is SO CRAZY to see how this store out performs many of the restaurants in Augusta & North Augusta. Incredible work ethic & service, a lot of restaurants & various businesses should come here, grab a donut & watch the work ethic that spills through this place. The donuts is incredible, the dedication to making this taste like heaven on earth is unfathomable. What does it taste like? It tastes like the foods that we've all wanted to try, like the Krabby Patty from SpongeBob, the Jawbreakers from Ed, Edd n' Eddy, the Krunch Time Perfect Candy from Jimmy Neutron. If these donuts were in the cartoons that we all used to watch, I can tell you that it taste exactly what you thought it would be when you were 5-12 years old. Inside the shop always gets crowded, although I think they should definitely restructure how the customer line & seating goes but honestly I couldn't think of anything myself because people go in & then they're out. The line is quick. You can tell some people come here grumpy & anxious but after that first bite of that donut, it's game over. Lmao“
“this dunkin is my favorite. no other dunkin in augusta can compare. obviously if you pull up during a high demand time, there is going to be a little wait, they have mostly high school kids/young college students, please be patient with them!the staff is always very sweet and if there's an issue w a beverage, just let them know and they are usually happy to remedy! the store inside is always clean and decked out with some type of decorations or holiday gear. “I forgot the name of the donut but it looks like a croissant. You can ask them to fill the inside of it with a buttercream type cake icing and it is so delicious. They sell out fast so you have to go early to make sure you get one usually.“
