“I love to sit and sip while I work. The environment is friendly and inviting. On a nice day, I can sit out on the balcony. And I can chill inside on the couch when it's too hot. The custard is great, the coffee is delicious, and the baked goods hit the spot every time.“

I got it with vanilla and syrup to make it like a French vanilla.
Service is great.
It's not part of the plaza... it's a stand alone building in the parking lot with a cover to park under while receiving service.
Food wise all they've got is a muffin top which is nothing special.
There's nowhere to sit... it's just a drive thru.“

“yall this place is so beautiful and the service was absolutely amazing. Our server was so nice! I came here with my husband and daughter. We got a steak and shake, 2 of the chicken wings, shrimp bao buns, and a steak ramen. The bao buns were my daughter’s favorite, my husbands were also the bao buns and mine were the wings. They were not too spicy and super good. This was our first time and will not be our last!“

“Lots of tables and chairs with working electrical sockets. I saw another reviewer that said she drives farther to go to this location. I have only been here for 10 minutes and I can tell the difference. The baristas were kind enough to bring the drinks to the guests that were sitting. It was a small gesture, but I think it speaks to the character of the shop.“

We have had the turtle, mint condition, maple chicken waffle and a slice of coffee cake (I think). Great friendly staff, the place is clean and fast service. I love how they didn't rush us since it was our first time. They took time to answer any questions offered suggestions and treated us like we were the only customers there. We will be back! “Quickly became my favorite Starbucks in Augusta, and I am very familiar with every Starbucks Augusta has had. The attitude of all the workers, the upbeat atmosphere, and the sweet note on a bad day are all the reasons why I feel this location is number one!“

“I never write reviews but this Starbucks location is my fav!! All of their employees are always so friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this location. If you are even a tiny bit unsatisfied with your order, they are quick to remake your order no questions asked and most of the time will apologize and say, “this one is on us!” Sometimes I like to try drinks from their “secret menu” and they never roll their eyes or act rude / annoyed unlike what I have experienced at other stores. Anytime I have questions about certain menu items or how to upgrade my drink to make it better, they take the time to answer and don’t rush or make me feel dumb for asking. I stopped going to other Starbucks and have been loyal to this location for months now. The managers / baristas are totally the heart of this store and are BOMB. Much love, - The hot mess express mom that comes daily with two young kids screaming from the backseat. (Thanks for keeping me sane and supplying my ridiculous amount of caffeine that it takes to be a stay-at-home mom of two crotch goblins.)“

“Those people working at Bobby Jones expressway Starbucks work hard ! They are understaffed & have this hateful manager (Kim) that yells at them in front of us customers. That’s not a very professional thing to do in front of customers! From talking to other regulator customers she does this all the time. Starbucks needs to put her out the door hire some more employees to help with the large crowds that visits this store daily! U have some awesome employees working in this Starbucks that need to be thanked for their kindness & being very knowledgeable about making those tasty drinks!“

“My husband is a veteran… proudly! But only carries a VA ID. When he asked about a military discount, we learned it is only available for active duty, retirees, or 100% disabled veterans. While we absolutely respect that every business has the right to set their own policies, I could tell it left him feeling a little overlooked. He doesn’t often speak up about his service, but moments like this remind me how much a simple thank you can mean to those who have served. As his wife, it was hard to hear him feel like his time in the military didn’t “count enough.” 5 more percent and he would be recognized. We still enjoyed our donuts, but I hope in the future businesses might consider recognizing all veterans, as every one of them has given something to our country.“

“We went today and got 2 Large iced coffee’s and game tags were ripped off!!! We drove back around and told the employee about it... she said “they were told to remove all the tags because it ends on the 15th and they would no longer be able to accept them after that date.” I said it’s just the 10th and still have 5 days to win, etc... so I asked for another cup and she said they have been pulled off them all!!!! It seems to me like some employee(s) have taken advantage and removed these tags!!!! This should be in direct violation to the rules, etc!!! I am very disappointed in not even having the opportunity to try and win because they have been removed. Someone should get in trouble for this!!!!!!“

Every time I go to Walmart, I grab a cup, and of course, their chicken teriyaki too—the sauce is *insanely* good, and the chicken is so tender it’s basically unbeatable. Plus, the price is totally worth it, so I *always* make sure to order it. The staff are super friendly too, which is a big reason I keep coming back. If you’re ever in Augusta, you *have* to try it—I swear you’ll end up obsessed just like me!“
