“What can I say... I love Chick-fil-A! This location can get pretty busy during lunch, so I recommend ordering in advance especially for those on time crunch. I am always greeted with a smile and haven't had any issues when coming to this location - my meals are also hot, packaged well, and efficient service.“

“I stop at this Chic-fil-a four days a week for my breakfast. I am known by name by most folks I interact with in the drive-through. At around 6:15 a.m I am ALWAYS greeted with cheerful smiles. I applaud these young people, the people that raise them and the people that trained them. It makes a HUGE difference in my day.

“A bit confusing if you aren’t used to 1970-1980s kind of building setups.

I ordered the Loaded Fries and Asked “Is there meat in with them?” The guy shook his head as in “No” so I bought them and the second I opened them up, there was meat. Guy had to lie to get that money. I enjoyed the fries with cheese though, they were good but I got a headache because of the meat.

I’d recommend this place if the employees didn’t have to lie about their menu’s food additions.“

“The better question is, why are you reading this post rather than sitting in the Costco food court enjoying an affordable, delicious treat?I know you can get more flavors at DQ or Cold Stone, but if you want a sundae, you really should just come to Costco. The texture is like thick, creamy silk, and the toppings are divine. Plus, you cannot beat the price ($2.69 with tax).

“A family friend ordered pizza for my family & sent it to the hospital (my great aunt is very sick & we are told doesn’t have much more time).. Pizza Hut sent their driver Quinntez to deliver the pizza and not only was he EXTREMELY nice and comforting with his words.. they wrote a nice note on top of one of the pizza boxes and threw it things for free. Quinntez hugged our family as he was leaving and told us we were in his prayers. In a time so hard people like Quinntez are a blessing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to these people at this Pizza Hut. We can’t thank you enough. ♥️“

“My son and I went to the Washington Road location to eat and talk, where I was explaining to him how what we do affects others, some directly and some indirectly, when Ms. Tay served us our orders, she reiterated my point exactly without even knowing it… She was friendly and courteous, was attentive to all the diners and displayed great attitude, she even spoke some wisdom to my son!! The restaurant’s drive through was extremely busy Friday evening, Ms. Tay didn’t miss a beat, she had her headset on her head and still was attentive to the customers in the dining area!!! The restaurant was clean and everyone was served well! It’s good to know that people do care about what they do at work!! What you do matters! Be the change you want to see in the world!“

Not just remembered me but also the conversation we had the prior week and asked about how things turned out. You don’t find people like that in this type of business anymore. “The workers here do a very good job making sure everything is well made. The food is very good. I go to this location often, especially towards midnight during the weekends. This is definitely a great spot and you definitely will feel safe going here even at the late hours of the night.“

“I only get to a Krystal about once a year, when traveling, none where I live. This was a great location. Only used the drive-thru. We waited for a little, but we knew they were making everything fresh. The Diet Coke was a bit sweet, Thought we got the wrong drink. While waiting we asked the attendant, she poured a small cup of diet and said try this. Confirmed that their Diet Coke is a bit sweet. The 3 bacon n cheese, 2 cheese 2 chixs and a fry. All nice and hot and made just right. Thanks for making my yearly visit just perfect!“

“My family and I tried this spot for the first time tonight and It was delicious! I had the Kickin' Bourbon Burger, w/ o bacon and regular fries. Everything tasted fresh and the fries were piping hot! I threw son Cajun seasoning on them and dug in. My wife ordered a steak burger and fries and enjoyed it. “My five grand children mybtwo daughters and I came here for the first time. This pizza is so fresh and delicious. This exceeded my expectations. I missed out never coming here. Kasha took care of us and made our pizzas. He was absolutely amazing! Kind, patient,professional and knowledgeable. The pizza was so good I ordered another to go once we ate. I am disabled and have difficulties so kasha brought my pizza out to my car once it was done so I didn't have to come back inside. This meant the world to me. You don't come across this often . While appropriate replies were given, the tone was that she didn't want to be there. Zero eye contact, zero enthusiasm. At first I wasn't even sure if the business was open but I pulled around to the speaker and was greated by someone that was extremely friendly, not pushy, and thoroughly listened. When I got to the window the same lady (receipt says Jessica K.) continued to give friendly service. Not only was the service great, the food came out very fast and to my surprise it was THE BEST taco bell I've had in my life. Young man black mid age male I think his name was William… Was very very gentle with me. I wasn’t clear on my girlfriend’s burger, but he had active listening. Obviously he heard her tell me her order, and repeated it back the way she actually wanted it (so I was wrong on how I ordered it) he repeated it back and thats when we realized I didn’t say no onion…. That was big to me because it saved me a trip and I don’t live near any checkers. Another thing, food was hot, and neat. I actually watched him wash and dry (not sling water) off his hands… a big plus to me!!! Overall I asked for the head manager and he stated she wasn’t in but directed me how to do an online review. I like this location better than most in the area, likely due to the noticeable difference in the employees attitudes/demeanors being better than others.“
