About Subway

Subway, located in the hospital area of Augusta off Walton Way, has recently undergone renovations and offers a clean and pleasant dining environment. The menu has been slightly modified, but still features the same high-quality products. This location sends coupons via mail, which can be helpful for families. The service has seen improvements, with employees reported to be sweet and engaging, making conversations while preparing food. However, there can still be slow and disorganized moments, leading to longer wait times for standard sandwiches. Customers have experienced issues where they were charged for specialty sandwiches even when only wanting basic options. Parking is limited, but there is a ramp available for wheelchair accessibility. The restaurant is kid-friendly, but children must be on a leash. Bathrooms and the work area are kept clean. The atmosphere is described as having a good smell, a positive vibe, and an amazing energy that attracts customers from across town just to enjoy their sandwiches.
