Krystal is a restaurant known for its pleasant and helpful staff, including a woman referred to as "Ma." The customer service is described as amazing, and the food is generally considered good, with the chicken sliders being a standout. The restaurant offers simple food, such as small meat patties with steamed buns, mustard, and pickles. However, some customers find the prices to be on the higher side, with a meal of six "Krystal" burgers and fries costing over $11. The drive-through service can be slow, but the fries are noted as being fresh and hot.
