Nate(pretty sure he was the Manger of shift or GM) was super awesome in handling an online order mishap! I ordered a birthday cake a few days ago, and the system didn't catch it(which happens sometimes), and it tried to accommodate me as best as he could! He made a hello kitty cake on the fly for me, and took $5 off of my order, and gave me the next size up (mainly bc I really wanted a hello kitty cake, and the topper wouldn't fit in the size I needed, so he did try his best on...read full review
