“My five grand children mybtwo daughters and I came here for the first time. This pizza is so fresh and delicious. This exceeded my expectations. I missed out never coming here. Kasha took care of us and made our pizzas. He was absolutely amazing! Kind, patient,professional and knowledgeable. The pizza was so good I ordered another to go once we ate. I am disabled and have difficulties so kasha brought my pizza out to my car once it was done so I didn't have to come back inside. This meant the world to me. You don't come across this often . Grayson approached the gentleman, offered him something to drink, then brought a strawberry lemonade out to the sidewalk for him on a very hot day. The texture is like thick, creamy silk, and the toppings are divine. Plus, you cannot beat the price ($2.69 with tax).

“A bit confusing if you aren’t used to 1970-1980s kind of building setups.

I ordered the Loaded Fries and Asked “Is there meat in with them?” The guy shook his head as in “No” so I bought them and the second I opened them up, there was meat. Guy had to lie to get that money. I enjoyed the fries with cheese though, they were good but I got a headache because of the meat.

I’d recommend this place if the employees didn’t have to lie about their menu’s food additions.“

“I ordered the 6 piece Honey mustard wings and Korean fried chicken. The wings did not disappoint, they were sauced just right. I can't tell you how many times, I ordered wings and sauce is in the bag and not the wings so this is refreshing. The Korean chicken come in original or sauce. I tried the original and chicken was flavorful. The owner also has beautiful artwork all over that she made with her own hands. Food was hot, staff friendly, and good prices. I definitely will be back, fries are so good also with the seasoning salt provided.“

“I’m born and raised in Augusta Ga & have been going to this locations for years…. Me and my Special Needs son decided to visit this location and I decided to let him order by himself this particular day.. I passed the machine and pulled to the window because I felt as though an actual person had a better chance of understanding my baby than a robot….. I was greeted by this young lady with a smile on her face and the most polite attitude I may have came across in fast food. She asked how WE were doing and asked what we’d like to order. My baby told her the best he could as she helped him decide and TOOK HER TIME with him. My heart was racing so fast because I normally would have jumped in and finished out what he had to say. But this young lady was so patient with my baby it warmed my heart🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. After I paid for our meal she then told me to give her a moment and began making our food. Within no time at all she was back food in hand with the same glory filled smile!!!!! I asked her name and thanked her and I BELIEVE it was Destiny or Jesstine?? However i just wanted to thank the kindhearted young lady with the blonde hair at this location once again. THANK YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SWEETHEART. “Papa-John's pizza is always a pretty top notch pizza. It's about a 7.4 in "One-Bite" terms.
Probably one of the better chain restaurant pizza's.

“This Arby’s in Martinez, Ga on Washington Road is probably one of the best “fast food” restaurants there is in regards to food quality and service. Their service is on par to chick-fil-a. I went through the drive-thru today to pick up a mobile order, and after checking the bag to make sure my order was correct, I noticed they accidentally gave me a 4 piece mozzarella sticks instead of one of the 3-piece chicken strips that I ordered. They not only let me keep the mozz sticks that I never touched and tried it return, they also gave me sauce to go with it and the chicken strips that were missing. They were super nice, friendly, patient, understanding and accommodating. They gave me extra sauces that I requested too without giving me a hard time. I’m always side-eyed by fast food customer service employees, even after I tell them that I’m willing to pay any extra fee for extra sauce. This Arby’s is great as are their employees. Nice work.“

“The staff was wonderful and the food was great. I called the next day and told them I was sending my secretary to pick up the same thing from the night before. They remembered me and the young man on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about. When she got there they were very nice to her and my order was perfect. “This was my first experience with Cook Out after hearing a lot about it, and I can say I was pleasantly surprised by the food, even if the service leaves a lot to be desired.

At this point, I've tried most of the options that come with the trays, although I haven't gotten around to the milkshakes yet. Everything I've ordered has been cooked well and tasted great. The portions are good, and the variety you can get with a tray makes it a solid value.

The service, however, is very hit or miss, although it's usually pretty quick. Ordering through the drive-thru can be genuinely frustrating because it's often extremely difficult to hear the person taking your order. I'm not sure if it's the speaker system or if they're just too far from the microphone, but communication can be a struggle. The staff also tend to be very short with customers and don't usually come across as particularly friendly. Small things like straws, forks, or other items are also frequently forgotten.

Overall, the food is usually good enough to make the slight headache of everything else worth it. If the service and drive-thru experience were improved, this would be a much better location.“

“There are not enough stars! This place with Jacob both in drive thru and dine in has been fantastic. Jacob's knowledge of the food and condiments was right on three times straight. Goes the extra extra mile to ensure the experience was tops! The steak nuggets are so tender and tasty. The mozzarella sticks with the half pound Arby's and crinkle cut French fries were better than the buffet at Golden Corral. The atmosphere was so good that the entire experience cannot be beat! “My son and I went to the Washington Road location to eat and talk, where I was explaining to him how what we do affects others, some directly and some indirectly, when Ms. Tay served us our orders, she reiterated my point exactly without even knowing it… She was friendly and courteous, was attentive to all the diners and displayed great attitude, she even spoke some wisdom to my son!! The restaurant’s drive through was extremely busy Friday evening, Ms. Tay didn’t miss a beat, she had her headset on her head and still was attentive to the customers in the dining area!!! “June 9th at 530 There was only 3 people working when i went inside to order my food. There was a decent amount of people ordering. The people working there was friendly enough but just wanted to say the cook was pretty good with getting the orders together. Had it all going by himself and i didn't have to wait long and he had it all correct..I have marked off so many businesses in this area from just bad food and service. But at least this one i had a good experience. I just think people need praise when they do good.“
