“Great BBQ! I got the Pit Boss Platter, which includes Smoked turkey, brisket, pork belly burnt ends, pulled pork, jalapeno poppers, and smoked chicken wings. Served with 3 sauces, Sweet Tea BBQ, Alabama White, and Porchside Peach BBQ. I have to say, it was enough food for 3 meals. Everything on that plate was great and the Porchside Peach sauce was the sauce to beat for sure. As someone who grew up in Texas, I can always appreciate a quality BBQ plate, and you will get one here. Highly recommend.“

“First time coming to this location. Second time at a Frdddys. Let me just tell yall, the service was excellent. The food was hot and fresh. Made to order & none of it was messed up. Pulled away sad because I forgot to order sauce- the kids said “Mamma! They gave us ALL the sauce in the bags!”.
The two gentlemen that I had the pleasure of speaking with/dealing with were so kind, so sweet, so respectful and so handsome!
Can’t wait to go back. Everyone said their food was perfect and still hot when we got home 20 minutes later. 10/10.“

“Small burger joint that serves some of the best burgers around. They're basic, but done right. Plus they got some great lumpia and Phillies to change it up. I love this place and do hope it sticks around. Serious thanks to the family that works here. It has been an easy and delicious lunch or dinner in a pinch. I always recommend this place to those that appreciate a basic but delicious burger.

Edit: To be clear I have lived in this neighborhood for 7+ years and been going here. My wife doesn't eat beef and will eat these burgers.“

“A bit confusing if you aren’t used to 1970-1980s kind of building setups.

I ordered the Loaded Fries and Asked “Is there meat in with them?” The guy shook his head as in “No” so I bought them and the second I opened them up, there was meat. Guy had to lie to get that money. I enjoyed the fries with cheese though, they were good but I got a headache because of the meat.

I’d recommend this place if the employees didn’t have to lie about their menu’s food additions.“

“I’m born and raised in Augusta Ga & have been going to this locations for years…. Me and my Special Needs son decided to visit this location and I decided to let him order by himself this particular day.. I passed the machine and pulled to the window because I felt as though an actual person had a better chance of understanding my baby than a robot….. I was greeted by this young lady with a smile on her face and the most polite attitude I may have came across in fast food. She asked how WE were doing and asked what we’d like to order. My baby told her the best he could as she helped him decide and TOOK HER TIME with him. My heart was racing so fast because I normally would have jumped in and finished out what he had to say. But this young lady was so patient with my baby it warmed my heart🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. After I paid for our meal she then told me to give her a moment and began making our food. Within no time at all she was back food in hand with the same glory filled smile!!!!! I asked her name and thanked her and I BELIEVE it was Destiny or Jesstine?? However i just wanted to thank the kindhearted young lady with the blonde hair at this location once again. THANK YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SWEETHEART. We enjoyed the meal very much ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️!“

“Both the hamburgers and the french fries were fresh. There’s nothing better than a fresh freshly prepared Krystal hamburger. Drive thru was busy however that did not have any bearing on how fast we got our food.
The only negative comment I have is the fact that the air conditioner was not working in the building. That has nothing to do with the employees.“

“I haven't been to this place in a long time. The Russian hit wings are the best spicy wings WITH flavor anywhere I've found in the CSRA. The food is decently proportioned and my kids love the lemon pepper wings as well. I highly recommend the garlic parm fries! 5 wings and fries and drink was $11.99.“

“Meet with our fan group once a month here. The fact they have lettuce substitutions and turkey patties helps allay issues with dietary needs for our members. The monthly shake flavor rotates well, and though none of us get it boozy it is an option too. I get a Cowboy Style double and it is fantastic. In addition to the sports channels, they play many old movies and TV shows. It could be Incerdible Hulk, a Godzilla movie or the 5000 Fingers of Dr. T. We always have a great time.“

“The service is always fast, but what I hate is that they don't cook the burger all the way don, also the last visit was on 03/28/2036. I got tea as my soft drink and it was terrible the tea taste like coffee. I don't know who made that tea but it was nasty.“

“Always good even if they are understaffed they always get food out and it’s always hot. Plus it’s one of the few BK left in the world that’s never been renovated it’s still the way it was when it was built back in the day. They are remodeling it soon so if u wanna see a throwback go dine in.“

“The drive thru at this location is generally pretty slow. It seems like they have had a tough time keeping staff. But when I got my food in the drive through the fries were totally hot and fresh. That's probably the key to visiting any fast food.“

“Love when you can seat yourself. Plenty of staff. Fresh hot tasty food and reasonable prices. Clear menu options and clean bathrooms. The French toast are my favorite. The tables and counters were clean. Excellent location. Electronic orders taken on tablets with the friendly waitresses. Food was fast and accurate.“
