“Small burger joint that serves some of the best burgers around. They're basic, but done right. Plus they got some great lumpia and Phillies to change it up. I love this place and do hope it sticks around. Serious thanks to the family that works here. It has been an easy and delicious lunch or dinner in a pinch. I always recommend this place to those that appreciate a basic but delicious burger.

Edit: To be clear I have lived in this neighborhood for 7+ years and been going here. My wife doesn't eat beef and will eat these burgers.“

We were so impressed with his positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and general pleasantness that I had to come write this review. “Usually the food is awesome. Service was absolutely awesome. We always order fried green tomatoes, however this time they were cooked so long a couple were burned on one side. We ordered the seafood skillet, and I love salty foods. However the salt was so overused I couldn't eat it at all. We didn't complain but next time we will mention it. Otherwise we enjoy going there to eat.“

“yall this place is so beautiful and the service was absolutely amazing. Our server was so nice! I came here with my husband and daughter. We got a steak and shake, 2 of the chicken wings, shrimp bao buns, and a steak ramen. The bao buns were my daughter’s favorite, my husbands were also the bao buns and mine were the wings. They were not too spicy and super good. This was our first time and will not be our last!“

“Visited this the Grovetown Applebee's today and the experience was Absolutely Amazing! The greeter at the door was sweet and kept us informed on the wait time to be seated. Our waitress Haven was Amazing! She was attentive, suggestive, knowledgeable of the menu and friendly. She smiled the entire time and was very polite. The food came out in a timely manner. It was hot and very good. The remodel looks awesome and the new staff and management is Great! Thanks for the new and better experience Grovetown Applebee's! I will be back!“

“My family and I tried this spot for the first time tonight and It was delicious! I had the Kickin' Bourbon Burger, w/ o bacon and regular fries. Everything tasted fresh and the fries were piping hot! I threw son Cajun seasoning on them and dug in. My wife ordered a steak burger and fries and enjoyed it. Now she wants to try the wings and We both want to try the egg rolls. Can't wait!!“

“A bit confusing if you aren’t used to 1970-1980s kind of building setups.

I ordered the Loaded Fries and Asked “Is there meat in with them?” The guy shook his head as in “No” so I bought them and the second I opened them up, there was meat. Guy had to lie to get that money. I enjoyed the fries with cheese though, they were good but I got a headache because of the meat.

I’d recommend this place if the employees didn’t have to lie about their menu’s food additions.“

“The drive thru at this location is generally pretty slow. It seems like they have had a tough time keeping staff. But when I got my food in the drive through the fries were totally hot and fresh. That's probably the key to visiting any fast food.“

Why aren't you on commercials for it? Everything you told my coworker and I to try was delicious. Now every review here that says they have small wings, they're a little small, but who wants those steroid induced mammoth wings? Not me? I like my wings hormone free and tasty. The lemon pepper almost made me slap my friend, but that sweet and spicy brought me back to reality. The fries were fried perfectly, and I know I'll be back to try other food.

“The service is always fast, but what I hate is that they don't cook the burger all the way don, also the last visit was on 03/28/2036. I got tea as my soft drink and it was terrible the tea taste like coffee. I don't know who made that tea but it was nasty.“

“I’m born and raised in Augusta Ga & have been going to this locations for years…. Me and my Special Needs son decided to visit this location and I decided to let him order by himself this particular day.. I passed the machine and pulled to the window because I felt as though an actual person had a better chance of understanding my baby than a robot….. I was greeted by this young lady with a smile on her face and the most polite attitude I may have came across in fast food. She asked how WE were doing and asked what we’d like to order. My baby told her the best he could as she helped him decide and TOOK HER TIME with him. My heart was racing so fast because I normally would have jumped in and finished out what he had to say. But this young lady was so patient with my baby it warmed my heart🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. After I paid for our meal she then told me to give her a moment and began making our food. Within no time at all she was back food in hand with the same glory filled smile!!!!! I asked her name and thanked her and I BELIEVE it was Destiny or Jesstine?? However i just wanted to thank the kindhearted young lady with the blonde hair at this location once again. THANK YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SWEETHEART. We enjoyed the meal very much ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️!“

“I love Hardee's. I always have, and will continue even after this. This was my absolutely worse experience with hardee's ever. A basic ham and cheese sandwich that thin and for that much money with not even a fresh bun, is ridiculous.“

Not just remembered me but also the conversation we had the prior week and asked about how things turned out. You don’t find people like that in this type of business anymore.
