I was in ihop a few days ago and my waiter name was Ciara and she was great
Food was decent. Service was decent but they weren't busy, I had to flag down a different server to get sugar free syrup. And had to wait on our drink refill for a decent time. Our server was nice other than that. My problem comes with the bill. How is a tea 4.99?? Holy crap...then why were each of the 3 drinks 3 different prices? Id understand if the price breakdown was with drinks included im a meal but they were separate? Either way I enjoyed my meal but probably won't be back....read full review
