The place was loud and chaotic. The staff was unorganized the manager screaming from the back asking the employees to sweep the floors, the waiters did not look tidy and professional, and the women's bathroom was dirty and didn't have any tissue or paper towels. The only reason they got any stars was because of the chef. The food was great but I will not be going back. Please get some new management.

The food was as basic as it could be. Bland and luke warm.Food:-Southwestern Omelette (Terrible) It didn’t come with 3 of the necessary ingredients to make it “southwestern”. They didn’t inform me before bringing the meal. I had a terrible experience at IHOP. The service was slow and the food was awful. We waited for a long time to get our food, and when it came, it was cold and tasteless. The worst part was that there was a hair in my kid's eggs. It was so gross and unhygienic. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I left the restaurant feeling angry and disgusted. I will never eat at IHOP again. It was a horrible way to start the day. I advise everyone to avoid this place.
