“What a great breakfast place in Augusta! We got sat right away and the service was amazing. Our waitress was very nice and the food came out very quickly. The food was outstanding! Everything we ordered was really good. My favorite was the Caribbean pancakes. A must have if you love pancakes! If you get an omelet I would order the Patty O’ Sullivan. Their corn beef hash is really good with the omelet. The prices were very reasonable as well. Must try if you are in the area.“

“My first time going, and the customer service was amazing. The atmosphere was spot on. I got the French toast with cheese grits. I'm from the south so when you somewhere you expect the cheese grits to be blah... BUT NO.. Their cheese grits had so much flavor they were amazing. And the French toast was soft and moist even after the butter has been sitting on it for a second. 10/10 highly recommend. Best breakfast ever😋🥰🩷🫶🏾“

“I usually pick any location with a drive thru when choosing a breakfast location in the mornings. About 2 months ago I decided to try something different and ended up at this Waffle House and was blessed to meet Ms. Keri. I have been pulling up almost every morning Mon-Fri. She even remembers what I order now. Her customer service as well as the cook that is usually there with her is superb! My new favorite location.“

“Great food and great service and friendly staff. Ate there this morning and had a great waitress. Saw something that bothered me while there today there was a man and woman who were at a table in front of me. After eating their meals the man laid a five dollar bill on the table for a tip and went to pay the bill. The lady at the table reached over and took the five dollar bill and put it in her pocketbook. That was totally foul on her part. To the lady who took that five dollar bill you know who you are!!!“

I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Ithar, David and Santasia for a well prepared meal, and some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time. A special shout out to Ithar!!!! She was so pleasant , sweet and very attentive. She came to check on us often and was knowledgeable on the menu and best choices. I felt right at home here, and will be going back just for these guy’s hospitality. This was our first time at this location and the food was much better than we expected. John S was our server and was super helpful and friendly. “I came into this restaurant after sitting in the parking lot for hours contemplating on even going in because I did not even have the money to eat. And I had not eaten in 3 days. I took off every piece of the jewelry that I had and the only pair of earrings that I had left and that bit the bullet and and went inside. And I asked a lady if she would please spare a meal for me and that I would give her my wedding bands and a pair of earbuds for a meal. At first she told me no because that she could get fired for that. I started to leave. But I guess she seen the tears and desperation on my face, as she sat me down and began to cook me a hamburger. She won't ever know how much that meant to me. Wherever you are lady and whatever you're doing I pray that God looks out for you and gives you every good thing in life. Thank you so much for that day“
