“My first time going, and the customer service was amazing. The atmosphere was spot on. I got the French toast with cheese grits. I'm from the south so when you somewhere you expect the cheese grits to be blah... BUT NO.. Their cheese grits had so much flavor they were amazing. And the French toast was soft and moist even after the butter has been sitting on it for a second. 10/10 highly recommend. Best breakfast ever😋🥰🩷🫶🏾“

“The hash browns were over cooked but I know what the new cook was doing. He was trying to keep everything hot until the chicken cooked so it would all be hot when he put it on the plate. The manager made me some new ones so the meal turned out good.“

“My wife and I frequent this place 3-4 times a week! We absolute love the MORNING staff! Grace, Felicia, Trell, Stephanie, and Cheryl are the best to name a few! It’s not just a Sit Down to eat place! Their knowledge and experience coupled with their personalities makes this the perfect breakfast spot for ANYONE! KUDOS and ACCOLADES TO THE ENTIRE MORNING STAFF!!! Referring to the WAFFLE HOUSE in Augusta Ga WALTON WAY!!!!!“
“We had a great experience at this Waffle House. We’ve avoided Waffle House for the past few years due to poor service and food. This was our first time at this location and the food was much better than we expected. John S was our server and was super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed everything, it was all cooked well, and the restaurant was clean. We’ll come back to this location!“

“I had an excellent experience at Waffle house today. Mother's Day was ruined. The staff Leppy, Janquetta and Stacy were so friendly and costumer service was extremely great. “Used to come here all the time when I didn't have a car, dropped off by my ma, and worked at the JiffyLube across the street. Visited these guys again and it smelled like nostalgia; customer service was great, the workers are friendly, and I was sure to leave a big tip for old times sake. Thank you for the excellent customer service as always!“
