We waited a long time after being seated for someone to take our order. when we started to leave our server came over to take our order. Jessica came back with our drinks and left. My husband and I were talking when she threw a bunch of napkins in front of our faces and said sorry and walked off. She brought our food it was good but we ran out of drinks and she never brought my strawberry syrup I had asked for. I didn't eat my pancakes. She came back to ask if I wanted a to go box I said no I just wanted the Check by that point and my husband mentioned that she didn't bring the syrup Jessica was nasty and pointed at the regular syrup on the table my husband said she asked for strawberry syrup. I guess she remembered and was trying to be nice by that point. She spent the whole time messing with the condiments in the cabinet it would have been nice if she would have checked on us. The only tip I would give her is find another job. 2nd bad experience there in a month, both service related we won't be back.

Have you ever had an experience where you wish you could just tell people: "don't go here" and that would be enough? Well. Don't go here. Food was abysmally slow. The server was pretty decent though. Just really bad flow from order, to cook, to eat was awful

I guess I have to leave a review to get in touch with someone… me and my family ate here on Wednesday around 11am our food was $63 but after i checked my bank statement you guys charged an extra $10 and I want my refund like someone needs to contact me as soon as possible that’s stealing

Me and my fiancé sat at a table for about 30 minutes without getting a drink or anything. I use to be a server and i understand your short staff but aleast ask if we want something to drink or something. I would not come back there again

Game step up for Masters Golf ⛳️ Tournament Week before and the Week of. But I wonder if service will drop below 3 again after the festivities are over? The food is always delicious. But they really need to keep the excellent service going even when there is no festivities going on. You still have customers who love your food but depise the service.

It was a slightly better than usual experience at iHOP, maybe because of the time I got there. Food got there later than others who got there before me and missing items that I ordered but Waitress was nice and I appreciated her. I can tell though the quality (I know people don't go to IHOP for quality)hasn't scaled with the price increase and corner cutting doesn't help.I liked how they had sonic themed stuff for my kids though.

Every restaurant in the city is under staffed due to the demographics. So they are truly doing what they can with what they have. I had great food and great service. Some people just don’t understand how hard it is to keep things going when you can’t find effective staff.

Came here around 11AM 5 days ago. We walked in, and saying it was packed was as understatement. It took I and my party of 5 about 15 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, it took us about 10 more minutes to be served. But I cant blame them, it was a Sunday. The food was delicious and the service was nice. I ordered the Bacon Omelette and I'd highly reccomend itParking: The parking lot was filled to the brim, and it had some potholes
This IHOP in Evans ga is the greatest IHOP everPlus, the waitress named Gabby was an terrific and AWEWEESSOME WAITRESS EVER!!!!I highly recommend everyone to have her as the greatest waitress at this IHOP everyday.

The stupid waitress forgot to put our food in. We sat there for over an hour and she finally realized she didn’t put the order in. Didn’t check on us once. What a terrible establishmentAnd what an idiot waitress

I always love IHOPs breakfast, but it seems lately due to lack of staff the Door Dash and other pick up orders take priority over customers that are there.
