The GM Mr. Dwayne has an amazing staff that truly treat you like family. . Even though our 10 kids would love to come back every week we did at least stop by with the youngest one to get their amazing cheese sticks and french fries
our server Gigi made this a very pleasant an Ed satisfying visit. Service was quick and very attentive to our needs. Most of all Gigi was pleasant and friendly. The manager on duty, Patty was checking on us as well to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
It was a great experience. Upon entering the hostess was warm and welcoming. Very friendly and no wait time. Patty also took my drink order. The waitress, Gigi was equally friendly. Took my order and I didn’t have to wait long for my food. Everything came out perfect. It was a pleasurable eating experience. Both Patty and Gigi are a great asset to Applebee’s

The food offers some good options, with the salmon being enjoyable and the chicken in the Oriental Chicken Salad tasting good, despite the dressing and lettuce leaving much to be desired. The breadstick was hard and nearly burnt, and service can be slow at times. Customers noted issues like missing napkins and plates, though attentive staff at the hostess stand and bartenders, like Mrs. Rachel, go above and beyond to ensure guests are taken care of, even when the kitchen is busy.
