Well, it’s an Applebee’s building that’s about all I can say is good. Waited is 30 minutes to get seated, I counted 15 open tables while I waited. Once seated hostess stated someone will take your drink order. Humm after 30 minutes they brought me silverware let me take that back I got to go plasticware, waitress stated because they haven’t done the dishes. There’s only like 10 customers in the whole restaurant. Tried to give this place a second chance after several months of saying, I wasn’t gonna go back there because last time it looked like a good fight and just ended when we walked in; this, just reaffirmed I do not recommend this place. Can’t give any stars on the food never made it that far again!

Our waitress Hailey B was amazing and apologetic about the time of service. We entered the establishment at 9:34pm and here it is 11:07pm and just got our food. The restaurant was almost a quarter full. We are visiting from Savannah and we were looking forward to coming here and enjoying a nice evening after driving. We will never visit this location again. Thank you once again to Hailey B yet again for the conversation and being such a great server!!!

I was completely ignored. The hostess come by after 6 min and asked if the server had been by. He had not. I waited another 4 minutes without being acknowledged and left. A simple acknowledgement or SOMEONE there asking if I wanted a drink would have been nice.

I definitely feel as though Applebees has gone down hill over the years and even the experience here isn’t that great. Options are narrow with food choices and the food isn’t great either, very bland & dry and for the money spent you can find a better place to go. Applebees just needs improved all around.

The food an service was ok, i understand because they was understaff. But i didnt get half my order, or she didnt understand im not sure. It could of been better. My food was cold but i also didnt wanna be a hassel. But over all they special valentine drink was delicious ?
We ordered 2 bourbon street chicken and shrimp, one with fries and one with mashed potatoes and side salads. My chicken had way to much pepper on it and both meals were very greasy.

I've been here maybe twice in the last 10 years and their is a reason why. I tried 6 months ago or so the boneless wings terrible awful disgusting never do it again.Tonight I tried the shrimp and baby back ribs. The coleslaw and fries were the better part of the meal and that's sad. Eating the ribs reminded me of a hot dog like pressed meat around little rib bones.There was no real taste to them I had the honey barbecue. I was looking forward to the shrimp thinking that it's hard to mess up shrimp but these were like little battered rocks with little bit of meat inside of them. I made myself eat them because I don't like to waste food. My review is only a reflection of the food at Applebee's and not the staff or the location.
