We moved from the Midwest and thought that it would be the same experience. It was not. The chili was watery and had a deep layer of grease on it. We didn't receive our dipping sauce, and the wait was long with no one in front of us.
This was the best burger I've ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. It was a nice juice bug burger full of flavor. The patty was almost steak like with lots of flavor.( nothing like a reg patty from other places. )their shakes n fries are really good too prob best burger n shake I've had dining out ever.
