The service is always fast, but what I hate is that they don't cook the burger all the way don, also the last visit was on 03/28/2036. I got tea as my soft drink and it was terrible the tea taste like coffee. I don't know who made that tea but it was nasty.
Visited Cook Out on Washington Rd for the 1st time today. Ordered a burger which was very tasty, juicy and customized the way I liked. The fries were disappointing... not hot and no real seasoning. (Think salt, folks!) Loved the fried okra... perfectly breaded and fried, very hot and delicious. The BEST okra I've had in Augusta in ages. I will definitely go back just for that. Waited almost 30 mins in line to get two burnt burgers, like actually black, hard disks that are inedible, no receipt was given. Asked for double onion rings and got 6 tiny onion ring pieces. Also one of the “managers” was behind the lady at the window complaining about making more money somewhere else etc while totally within earshot of our car with the window open. No phone number listed for this location to even call and discuss the issues.
