Drive through employee asked me for a tip at the window & when I declined he told me they were out of cookout sauce. Had to settle for ranch. Not mad at it I respect the grind kinda salty about the cookout sauce though.

Happie Atmosphere

You should atleast get orders right before trying to rush people out of the lobby. People order plain sandwiches for a reason, if i wanted an inedible sandwhich, I would of went to krystals on my break.

Counter person was fantastic. Food came out quickly. Dining room was clean but kinda dark. Food was properly prepared and was ok... But just okay. I won't refuse to eat there again if someone invites me but I won't choose to go there if other options are given.

Solid option to get food if you’re in a pinch for time, or looking for something very late at night, as it closes at 4am. All of the food is average but the price for their signature combo “The cookout tray” is very reasonable and comes with with adequate proportions. That being said, almost every time you visit any cookout location, there will be at least 1 thing wrong with your order, so be sure to double check before leaving. This time they didn’t even bother to put a drink in my large cup, just filled it to the brim with the small crumbles of ice and maybe put just one squeeze of coke so the color would have a brown hue like a snow cone just to fool me. Overall, it’s fast food restaurant, so the experience is what you’d expect. However, it is nice to eat something that’s not Waffle House for the 200th time when you happen to be out and about or driving at a very late time.Vegetarian options: While there are meatless options, majority of them are just side dishes and not the most healthy choices. So if you’re looking for mindful eating, you might want to look elsewhereParking: Free parking around the restaurantKid-friendliness: Majority if not all of the venue is very kid friendly

This has to be possibly the worst restaurant. All the staff is always rude and act like they hate their job! I ordered cheese bites and all I got was 4. They don't deserve one star.

Why manger lets pan handlers beg while standing at the drive through window near the driver while customers are waiting for their food.
