It's unfortunate for the customer that chooses to come inside versus going to the drive-through because they are completely ignored. Since I had plenty of time while waiting on my extremely complicated order of shrimp and fries (which was pretty good, btw and the Zaxtail sauce is interesting) I just listened to the crew argue and cuss and talk about the worst stuff in earshot and happened to hear my exact order placed two more times in the drive-through. I was afraid to go to this Zaxby's after reading the other reviews, but I couldn't find anything else I wanted. The service was fast and great and the food was good. My only complaint was the wings were small.
