“My 1st experience!!! I LOVED the food, the experience, the decor, all of it!! I ordered the Fruity Franny and was absolutely in love with the flavor! (One sour note: I DID find a long, dark hair in half of my sandwich but when I pointed it out the employees quickly took care of it by fixing me another sandwich.... This time without the extra protein!!) lol. I most definitely will be coming back!“

“Employee there, Grayson, is a great ambassador for the company. Showed great knowledge and respect to the public and the rights we have. Visit Chick-fil-A knowing they hire folks like Grayson, and they will treat you with respect.

Also, when I was leaving, I had a flat tire. Unfortunately I could not find a jack, so Grayson came out and lifted the front of my car while I changed the tire. Hardly broke a sweat.“

“Grayson is an awesome employee! Respectful, thoughtful, and caring. I watched a video online of a gentleman who makes videos on public sidewalks to educate people about our constitutional rights. Grayson approached the gentleman, offered him something to drink, then brought a strawberry lemonade out to the sidewalk for him on a very hot day. He represented the company extremely well and earned your location a ton of free advertising and positive reviews. Grayson deserves a raise!“

“There are about 15 truck parking spots. On a Friday night you’ll have no problem finding a spot, I’m not sure about other times. Snide was clean and very busy. They called regulars by their first name, I felt like I was on Cheers. ?. Food in the Krispy Krunchy Chicken was good. The biscuits melt in your mouth. Disappointed there were no gizzards but with only 1 person working the food, he was cooking and serving and doing the best he could to keep up. All in all, a good place to stop. They also have lotto tickets, scratch offs and machines. Thanks for the safe place to park.“

“Absolutely amazing. I placed an online order, when I got to the store I was little confused because the lines weren't easily identifiable. I stood in line but was surprised at how quickly it moved (I was there about 10minutes, it was a pretty decent line) when I got to the counter I stated I had an online order and saw the confusion on the ladies face. I explained I was unsure where to go and she explained it to me while she apologized for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service, and atmosphere.
We get back to our hotel, and set down to eat, this chicken is not saturated in a sauce, but whatever they do is hands down incredible!!! The crunch, flavor, being able to actually taste the seasonings and spice, the fresh pickles, and savory coleslaw and sauce. I wish Macon had one.

“Fast service good food only problem is they send me a coupon to my email but it's only valid for online orders paying with credit card can't pay cash which it doesn't tell you & they refuse to honor the coupon cause supposedly it's for online orders only paying with credit card only no cash orders can be made online“

“I hadn't eaten at a Maryland Fried Chicken in ages. Was planning on getting it to go was a good thing. No seating. Friendly staff. The sweet potato casserole is excellent. The place is obviously where the locals go, so now you know. Go for the food not ambiance.“

“I went to the Windsor Spring Rd restuarant and the was a problem with my order yesterday. So, I called and talked with Marvis. He was very polite. I explained what had happened and that I couldn't come back, but that I would be back today. He said he'd give me a free side as that was the problem with the order, it was missing a side. I came through the drive thru and explained about the side and who I had talked to. They not only made sure the order was right, but they replaced the meal that was messed up the day before. What a blessing!! Thank you, Marvis and all of your team.“

“Today was a long day involving school shopping with my daughter & son. It was not the best experience, as my children decided to have disrespectful mouths & horrible attitudes on & off throughout the day. Once our shopping was completed we decided to find a Zaxbys & eat. We found the Zaxbys on Harper Franklin Ave & I believe it was fate. When we arrived my daughter was in a mood & I was ready to cry because my nerves were just shot. (I do want to state that my daughter was diagnosed with Autism & she's 8 years old). Before I knew it a young gentleman, an employee at Zaxbys, went over to my daughter & was talking with her & helping her to choose what she wanted to eat. He actually got her calmed down. It was such a relief. After helping with her he then went over to my son who had just happened to be very disrespectful to me & this young man came to the rescue again. He actually took it upon himself to talk to my son about how he was treating me. I was amazed! He was so great with my kids. I couldn't help but start crying at the cash register. Yall have got to understand how bad my nerves were by this point. It just wasn't a good day. We all have them. We all sat down & ate & I made sure to thank this gentleman & give him the biggest hug ever. Not to long after that I saw this gentlemen go over to the table my daughter decided to sit at & helped her clean her mess & then he went over to the table my son & his friend were sitting at & talked with them for a minute & they exchanged info for Fortnite. The gentlemen, who's name I just learned was David. He came back to the table again to check on my mother & I & of course I hugged him again & told him thank you.“
