The Manager - Albert is EXTREMELY rude. He lacks customer service skills and isn’t professional. I was missing an item from my order, called the store and spoke with him. He said I had to bring my entire order back - I was only missing one chicken tender. I had over $30 in food. Upon returning to the store, he didn’t apologize for the mistake or the inconvenience. Currently still waiting on a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 11:25 and now it's 11:49. Very poor
Today was a long day involving school shopping with my daughter & son. It was not the best experience, as my children decided to have disrespectful mouths & horrible attitudes on & off throughout the day.
