Hardee's has received positive reviews for its excellent food and service, especially since Crystal became the general manager. Many customers now visit regularly, particularly for breakfast. The staff is described as helpful, friendly, and polite, with Mr. Smith noted for ensuring order accuracy. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and offers comfortable seating with padded booths and USB outlets for charging devices. However, there was a brief incident where customers experienced delays at the intercom before receiving their food quickly. Overall, the positive experiences and improvements under Crystal's management have made Hardee's a favored spot for many.
