“What a great find! Came through Augusta on a day trip, and happened across Farmhaus. Good food that is locally sourced, and great service. The young lady who took our order was great- she seemed happy to be there and was very helpful with the menu. The food was tasty and prompt. The beer selection looked awesome, only wish I could’ve enjoyed one with the burger, but I had a long drive ahead. If your considering trying Farmhaus, go! I would definitely come back next time through!“

I’ve visited Savannah River Brewing Company countless times, but never ordered food until now, and WOW, have I been missing out! I LOVE that Savannah River Kitchen offers a curated menu with recommended beer pairings. Such a smart partnership!

The Korean chicken sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced and an explosion of flavor! My friend’s smashburger with bacon jam? That FIRST BITE?! Oh. My. GOD. Phenomenal!

I also love the family-friendly and dog-friendly atmosphere. In my experience, the best breweries across different cities and states embrace that environment! They host several events throughout the week, all advertised in advance, so naturally, it can get crowded. Complaining about crowds or dogs at an openly pet-friendly brewery seems a bit silly when that information is readily available beforehand.

And to anyone bothered by bartenders explaining the beers, they’re describing the flavor profiles and tasting notes of beers they BREW themselves! That’s part of the craft brewery experience, and something I’ve encountered at excellent breweries all over the country. It’s hospitality, not an insult to your beer knowledge!

Our waitress was awesome, very attentive and made my son’s birthday dinner a big success. The floor manager checked in with us several times, was very friendly and made sure our experience was great! “My family and I experienced a wonderful dinner at Carabas on Washington Road in Augusta, GA this week. Not only was the food fantastic but so was our waiter, Kahleel. We can not say enough about how polite, attentitive and professional he was. He gave us the inpression that he enjoyed serving us. “My first time going, and the customer service was amazing. The atmosphere was spot on. I got the French toast with cheese grits. I'm from the south so when you somewhere you expect the cheese grits to be blah... BUT NO.. Their cheese grits had so much flavor they were amazing. “The business reception I attended here was really fun. I enjoyed the air hockey, skee-ball, and other arcade games. I don't really drink alcohol but they have a self-pour wall of taps and a full bar for cocktails and shots so it's a great spot for millennials looking for drinks and arcade nostalgia. Food was catered and was just okay so not really a great dining experience but that didn't effect the ratings because I believe customers are responsible for understanding the type of place their going to.“

“Theres a few things I look for when I walk into a Chinese Takeout spot. I immediately knew when I walked in I was going to enjoy my order. I was greeted not by an assortment of employees, but by a family. To my right there's a fish tank with a BEAUTIFUL set of fish. This place also followed COVID guide lines. I had the general tso chicken with a side of vegetable lomein instead of fried rice. The taste was there, the authenticity was there, and to top it off it was super affordable. This place is a gem to the community here.“

“Had the baked wings and the Big One pizza.

Wings were baked well. Tender with a slight crust. The garlic and herb seasoning was barely noticeable though. I wanted the herbs and garlic to come through more.

The pizza was very flavorful and I enjoyed every bite. The toppings came off three of my slices when I grabbed them, and I think that's because they use a very thin tomato sauce here. Not ideal, but not an issue that ruined my experience. Crust was also burnt, but I like that.

“The workers here do a very good job making sure everything is well made. The food is very good. I go to this location often, especially towards midnight during the weekends. This is definitely a great spot and you definitely will feel safe going here even at the late hours of the night.“

“This was my first experience with Cook Out after hearing a lot about it, and I can say I was pleasantly surprised by the food, even if the service leaves a lot to be desired.

At this point, I've tried most of the options that come with the trays, although I haven't gotten around to the milkshakes yet. Everything I've ordered has been cooked well and tasted great. The portions are good, and the variety you can get with a tray makes it a solid value.

The service, however, is very hit or miss, although it's usually pretty quick. Ordering through the drive-thru can be genuinely frustrating because it's often extremely difficult to hear the person taking your order. I'm not sure if it's the speaker system or if they're just too far from the microphone, but communication can be a struggle. The staff also tend to be very short with customers and don't usually come across as particularly friendly. Small things like straws, forks, or other items are also frequently forgotten.

Overall, the food is usually good enough to make the slight headache of everything else worth it. If the service and drive-thru experience were improved, this would be a much better location.“

“Ate here fpr lunch while passing through Augusta on a Sunday. We sat at the bar which was not busy. We ordered a pain killer drink which was really good. I had the country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. The crunch on the chicken was perfect. The chicken was tender and the sides were good. My husband got the Monte Cristo which is a ham & cheese sandwich battered and deep fried. It was huge. Comes with raspberry jam and he got a side of brocolli & rice casserole. It was unique and really good. And let's not forget the bread they bring out, honey butter croissants. They were my favorite part of the meal. Pricing for all was reasonable as well.“
