“I ate there today for the first time and it was delicious. Tons of flavor and healthy too, I think lol. It did take a little while for my food to come but I am hoping that's because each dish is freshly prepared. It sure did taste like a it. Yummy!“
“I had the pleasure of discovering Pasche's at the Riverfront Market yesterday and having their wonderful jerk chicken plate for lunch. What a treat! The chicken, cabbage and rice were all cooked to Jamaican perfection and tasted great! I will be a regular once they open their restaurant in a couple of months!“
“Located near the heart of downtown Augusta, Humanitree House serves as both a venue for art as well as a place to eat and socialize. The menu specializes in vegan dishes, with vegan takes on familiar fares such as cheeseburgers, as well as unique dishes and their own beverages and smoothies. The ingredients they use are fresh and the service was fast and friendly. The vibes of the restaurant are unique and reflect the heart of downtown Augusta; creative, bold, and expressive. As for the menu, I tried the vegan bacon cheeseburger, the lentil and kale soup, as well as a lemonade with ginger and cayenne. The vegan burger was good, made fresh and in comparison to a regular cheese burger, you feel guilt free and not as bloated after consumption. Only gripe for the burger was the firmness of the vegan patty itself. The patty was very mushy and fell apart almost immediately, definitely needed a longer time to be cooked and seared on the outside. Not sure whether this was the norm or a one time occurrence, but it did affect the overall taste of the burger. The lentil and kale soup was very good. The broth was rich in flavor and not one ingredient was overbearing. The lemonade was alright, definitely a unique drink and the cayenne added an unexpected offset to the flavor, would not recommend to those sensitive to heat. Overall was a pleasant spot to visit.Vegetarian options: It’s a vegan restaurantParking: Limited parking near the restaurant“
