THE PEOPLE WERE SO NICE AND FOOD WAS AMAZING !! and everyone looked soo pretty!!
This was our first time and we needed help with the different options and Mia walked us through the whole experience and such a great attitude even when she was taking orders from others! Great experience can’t wait to head back.

Dave's Hot Chicken offers a great experience with helpful staff who walk guests through the different options and heat levels. The customer service stands out, with employees showing a great attitude even when taking orders from others, and handling online order confusion with apologies and excellent service. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean, both inside and outside. The food receives high praise: the chicken is not saturated in a sauce, but the crunch, flavor, seasonings and spice, fresh pickles, savory coleslaw and sauce are hands down incredible. The Big Trio is suggested for first-timers. The sliders are whole breast halves, not little sandwiches, and the seasoned fries are on point. A frozen strawberry lemonade earns a 10/10. One guest wished a large ranch was included but received quick help for a refund. Another had a mild seasoning issue that was made right with a fresh order, a refund, and restored confidence. For those who like spicy chicken and a nice place, Dave's Hot Chicken is the way to go.
