Was tired and just got off from work, and driving down Wheeler Rd and saw the Zaxby's sign on, so I pulled in and went inside and ordered the Zax Snack ?, then I saw the Egg Rolls picture and ordered those too ?. The staff was awesome with smiles and appreciation for my business ?. Oh I'll be back ???
We ordered two chicken Parmesan, and they came with no chicken and when I went to go talk to the employee upfront about it, she gave me a heck ton of attitude and I’m and we may be at fries combined out of the two boxes and she said that we had ate half of the box of food and she went and got her manager, and the manager stepped up and caught our food remade

Best Zaxby’s in Augusta. I met the managers today. They were in their meeting but they stop to give me that customer experience. I shared where I lived and how I pass other Zaxby’s to get to his store. All his employee are great. No one on their phones. All are working and helping to make the store great. Food hot n fresh and very pretty. Lol
