“About a year and a half ago , my wife’s car became disabled in the drive through. All hands on deck with the assistance of the staff rendered her. Tonight as we ate the young lady Miss Jordan remembered my wife and immediately took care of us. She and the staff here are class acts!! Truly what America is about. Thank you all and God bless!!“

“Both Zaxby's locations in North Augusta are always busy. When I visited, they were slammed but everyone was hustling to get customer's orders out. My order was correct, food was good and the lady who took my order was very friendly. Receipt says Angela. Fellow patrons, try to exercise patience with food service workers.“

“Overall a good fast food restaurant with tasty food. The seasoning is really good, plenty of salt!! The entrance was a bit stinky but the rest of the inside was clean and well kept. The service was great. Very friendly people working there. The app finally works, which makes ordering ahead easy and there are plenty of rewards and discounts in the app. Hard to make a left turn out of this location but plenty of parking and space to maneuver.“

“I’m in town on business from NY and I was looking for a fresh light bite for dinner after a long day. I searched and came across the Chicken Salad Chick… so I decided to give it a try and I’m sure glad I did!!! The food is fresh and the flavors are delicious! EXACTLY what I was hoping it would be. I got a scoop of the Basil Chicken Salad and a scoop of the grape pecan cranberry chicken salad…. The flavors are addictive…. And the side salad with spinach and bacon is crisp and fresh… perfect combo… AND the beautiful ladies at the counter were so courteous and kind they took the time to explain the menu …Stay blessed and keep smiling! Thank you so much for your service and hospitality!“

“Meoche was great! She saw me waiting and immediately addressed me. Even after I sat with a friend and at and came up for a to go order, she didn't ask my name. To my surprise she remembered it and made sure my order was quickly done. Her "mojo" was at 1000. I appreciate her beautiful smile and kind demeanor. Her my pleasure was genuine. Although as I left there was a young lady I saw inside with a disingenuous "my pleasure." On my way out she was quite rude yelling "why are we holding up the line, move it! " Apparently the driver was distracted and wasn't moving forward, but there was not a car behind them so, that was unnecessary.

Parking: It's hard to get in to the parking area because the drive through blocks it. There are a decent amount of parks. Easy in and out. On the way out it's best to cut through Mattress Firm or you could get stuck.

Kid-friendliness: There isn't a playground here, but the staff was quite nice to my 2-year old nephew. He loves cleaning and wanted to watch the lovely staff member sweep. He has his own broom at home. ?

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is available, but maneuvering through drive through to get to the door is a bit more difficult.“

“What’s the point of a mobile drive thru when you’re only running one lane and the mobile drive-through customers have to wait with the physical order customers? May as well pull up and order here unlike t-Mobile through other areas, for example Grovetown. I love my Washington Road Chick-fil-A, but I’m just saying!“
