“Food was good once I finally got it. Apparently a cook or two walked out. Was also as cold inside as it was outside which was about 40. Not terribly cold but too cold to be waiting for 45 minutes unprepared. Staff was nice but def showing some frustration“

“Food was delicious but very small portion. Would not recommend if super hungry. Nice light portion. Customer service was ok. Spoke and use general manners but wasn't a big welcoming vibe. Looked clean overall when walking around. Ordered to go. Traffic is super bad on Washnington rd but all the food places are right in this area. This was near our hotel visiting for the weekend.“

“The atmosphere feels a bit dark and unwelcoming, this definitely isn’t the chick fil a to go to for kids in terms of entertainment. The food was good, it came out with items missing but it was fixed with no issues. The front of house staff could have been more welcoming and inviting. There were little to no smiles and monotoned voices. However George engaged with us and our kids and gave them icecream. That made up for it all. Thank you George (I hope I got your name correct).“

“Chick-fil-a is the best! The food is amazing no matter which location! Spicy deluxe , regular deluxe and chicken tortilla soup and lemonade! The staff was amazing, it was 30mins away from closing, but the staff was very cheerful with our orders and all the ones that were coming after. The line for the drive thru was long at that time too. Very clean! Got my to go as well!!“

“The chicken was fresh and great. The service was great. I love Churches and had not had it in a long time because there is not one in my neighborhood. Of course they are only in certain hoods. (Wink, wink) I was so happy to get some because it was my cheat day to eat unhealthy lol, and it did not disappoint!“

“The new grilled spicy chicken deluxe sandwich is simply AMAZING! The young ladies taking my order were expedient and polite. The young lady delivering the food was kind and attentive. She handled the drive-through and mobile order lines with ease. My visit was everything I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A!“
