Beyond the fantastic upkeep, the speed of service was incredible. Even during a busy period, the staff was exceptionally fast and efficient. This location sets the standard for cleanliness and quick, friendly service. Highly recommend!“

“The girl that was working the counter was so polite. After taking our order and we chose a seat the food came out quickly, and it wasent something from sitting under a heat lamp. The lobby was very clean, tables clean, floors clean. A great all around experience.“

I dont know how many times I've visited this establishment but this last time, I decided to try their large Chili cheese fries. Im telling you, you wont be disappointed. In fact, you wont be disappointed with anything they serve. Customer service is outstanding as well.

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! On Monday afternoon I went in and asked for Ethan. He remembered my order immediately and remade it himself. If Ethan is not a manager, he should be.“

“I don't know why people don't give dairy Queen more credit as a hamburger joint their hamburgers are tastier than McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's. Their customer service is always good they could probably update the atmosphere of the restaurant or start to. Also, they've been serving great drinks for years everyone else is just now starting to try to catch up this is always been my go-to place for milkshakes specialty drinks and smoothies. Now don't get me started on the wonderful ice cream.“

It's difficult to find friendly staff in a restaurant these days but the Knox Ave Arby's crew for lunch on August 18th 2026 was awesome!“

“So I have a mixed review, when it comes to the North Augusta, SC location: Staff are usually pretty friendly & helpful, but this location is batting about .500 when it comes to giving me exactly what order/request. Usually regularly screwing up a grilled chicken club without onions, add pickles & fry sauce. Doesn’t matter if I place the orders in person or through their app. I’ve received 1 order just a grilled chicken on bread, another just a grilled chicken & fry sauce, other times my add-ons left off completely. Foods great, but if you actually get what you ordered is always like playing the slot machines.“

“Today I visited the subway near Circle K in North Augusta and I had Harold as my server and I must say that today was five star experience and I’m very happy I visited today. Usually when I come in here, I don’t get the service but I just found out one of the managers does not work here anymore so I suggest that everybody in North Augusta and surrounding areas come visit the subway five star service and the food is excellent“

“I love this Firehouse! We have eaten here regularly for about 8 years now. The staff is always friendly and my food is always super delicious! The only time my order has been wrong was when I ordered though DoorDash. Since finding the Firehouse app my order has been perfect every time. I highly recommend!“
