“The Wellstar at 699 Broad always gets delivery from this location. I am the security officer at 699 Broad. All the chick fil a drivers are so kind and cheerful, Sandy in particular goes out of her way. No matter how bad of day or how many times she has to come out which is alot she is so cheerful. Parking can be such a challenge here. They really need to have more people like her.“

I dont know how many times I've visited this establishment but this last time, I decided to try their large Chili cheese fries. Im telling you, you wont be disappointed. In fact, you wont be disappointed with anything they serve. Customer service is outstanding as well.

“This was a lunch stop on a road trip and I'm so glad this was where we chose to stop. I love Chick-fil-A and this one did not disappoint. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Parking was easy, the girl taking our order was kind and friendly and patient, the woman who brought our food was exceptionally friendly and kind. The restaurant was clean, restrooms were clean, food was great, service was quick, lovely atmosphere. Perfect relaxing stop for lunch.“

“I don't know why people don't give dairy Queen more credit as a hamburger joint their hamburgers are tastier than McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's. Their customer service is always good they could probably update the atmosphere of the restaurant or start to. Also, they've been serving great drinks for years everyone else is just now starting to try to catch up this is always been my go-to place for milkshakes specialty drinks and smoothies. Now don't get me started on the wonderful ice cream.“

“I ordered a giant #8 on Saturday night, but it was not correct. I called the store on Sunday and spoke to Ethan. I explained the mix up, and he said yo ask gor him when I came in. On Monday afternoon I went in and asked for Ethan. He remembered my order immediately and remade it himself. If Ethan is not a manager, he should be.“

“I love this Firehouse! We have eaten here regularly for about 8 years now. The staff is always friendly and my food is always super delicious! The only time my order has been wrong was when I ordered though DoorDash. Since finding the Firehouse app my order has been perfect every time. I highly recommend!“

“So I have a mixed review, when it comes to the North Augusta, SC location: Staff are usually pretty friendly & helpful, but this location is batting about .500 when it comes to giving me exactly what order/request. Usually regularly screwing up a grilled chicken club without onions, add pickles & fry sauce. Doesn’t matter if I place the orders in person or through their app. I’ve received 1 order just a grilled chicken on bread, another just a grilled chicken & fry sauce, other times my add-ons left off completely. Foods great, but if you actually get what you ordered is always like playing the slot machines.“

“Today I visited the subway near Circle K in North Augusta and I had Harold as my server and I must say that today was five star experience and I’m very happy I visited today. Usually when I come in here, I don’t get the service but I just found out one of the managers does not work here anymore so I suggest that everybody in North Augusta and surrounding areas come visit the subway five star service and the food is excellent“

“It is sad when you go in there and eat and a young gentleman comes walking in for an interview and I guess the manager female maybe mid-40s wants up. Tells the dude that they can do their interview sometime later on but she complained about them being short-staffed. That makes no sense“

“I had a wonderful experience at this Subway’s in North Augusta thanks to the beautiful ladies working Saturday 10/18 (4pm)! I don’t have their names but they were pleasant and courteous. Their positive attitude and great customer service truly stood out. Subway’s is lucky to have such a hardworking and kind employee—thank you, ladies for being so pleasant, it’s rare nowadays but this is so appreciated by people who, like myself, work with customers too! “The employees were very friendly and professional. However, they read my order back to me three times and still got my order wrong. Even with the cheese burger being made wrong, I have to admit that it was still hot, fresh and good tasting.“
