“The Ice Cream machine was working!!! That tells you a lot about a McDonald's restaurant. We escaped the afternoon heat without electricity due to the hurricane, enjoyed the van AC and a cold McDonald's Ice Cream Cone for two bucks each. Not bad given the state of the economy!!“

“Cashier was pleasant and doing everything herself... drive thru, front, cooking and fryers... she was alone and keeping everything going great. Dining area was clean, soda area needed a little attention, but not bad. Restroom was clean as well.“

“I visited 3/11/26 around 5pm. The young lady that took my order was patient and pleasant while waiting on me to decide on my order.

The young man that finished my order was very polite. He made sure my order was correct and made sure I had every condiment I desired.

This guy acted how I would expect a Manager to behave. If he's the Manager, great experience at your location and you deserve a raise.

If he's not the Manager, he deserves a huge raise and or promotion for making my KFC experience special.“

“The girl that was working the counter was so polite. After taking our order and we chose a seat the food came out quickly, and it wasent something from sitting under a heat lamp. The lobby was very clean, tables clean, floors clean. A great all around experience.“

“A family friend ordered pizza for my family & sent it to the hospital (my great aunt is very sick & we are told doesn’t have much more time).. Pizza Hut sent their driver Quinntez to deliver the pizza and not only was he EXTREMELY nice and comforting with his words.. they wrote a nice note on top of one of the pizza boxes and threw it things for free. Quinntez hugged our family as he was leaving and told us we were in his prayers. In a time so hard people like Quinntez are a blessing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to these people at this Pizza Hut. We can’t thank you enough. ♥️“

“I had such a fantastic lunch here today. The bread was perfectly fresh and they really pile on the toppings, making every bite taste great. Everything was prepared right in front of me, and you can tell they care about the quality of the ingredients. The staff was super friendly and the whole place was spotless. “The better question is, why are you reading this post rather than sitting in the Costco food court enjoying an affordable, delicious treat?I know you can get more flavors at DQ or Cold Stone, but if you want a sundae, you really should just come to Costco. The texture is like thick, creamy silk, and the toppings are divine. Plus, you cannot beat the price ($2.69 with tax).

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“The customer service here is truly outstanding. The staff is the reason I gladly drive 15 minutes out of my way just to visit this specific location. LA, Phay, Taylor, and Ms. T always greet me by name and already know my usual order before I even ask. That level of friendliness and consistency makes every visit a great experience. And for anyone wondering, the Meatball Subs (My favorite) are hands down the best. I can’t overstate how satisfied I’ve been with this Subway location. Would recommend 10/10 stars!!!“

They greet you. Employees seem friendly and when my son's sandwich had lettuce on it. He refused to eat it. Maddison was so kind. She smiled and made him another. “I normally don’t ask employees for their names, but I had to this time because they truly deserve to be recognized. Tehya, Aubrey, Bailey, KJ, Mike, and Tay were all incredibly respectful, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can tell they work together as a real team — everyone was helping each other, staying positive, and making sure orders were getting out quickly and correctly even while busy.

What made the experience even better was how funny and goofy they all were with each other while still staying on top of everything. Their energy made the whole place feel welcoming and turned a normal stop into a genuinely fun and memorable experience. “So I have a mixed review, when it comes to the North Augusta, SC location: Staff are usually pretty friendly & helpful, but this location is batting about .500 when it comes to giving me exactly what order/request. Usually regularly screwing up a grilled chicken club without onions, add pickles & fry sauce. Doesn’t matter if I place the orders in person or through their app. I’ve received 1 order just a grilled chicken on bread, another just a grilled chicken & fry sauce, other times my add-ons left off completely. Foods great, but if you actually get what you ordered is always like playing the slot machines.“

“I went to the Windsor Spring Rd restuarant and the was a problem with my order yesterday. So, I called and talked with Marvis. He was very polite. I explained what had happened and that I couldn't come back, but that I would be back today. He said he'd give me a free side as that was the problem with the order, it was missing a side. I came through the drive thru and explained about the side and who I had talked to. They not only made sure the order was right, but they replaced the meal that was messed up the day before. Cleaner store, LARGER portions, fresher veggies, fresher bread, friendlier staff AND FEWER mistakes. I order exclusively online, and this store is definitely my choice even though it's farther away from me than several other Subways.
