“This Arby’s in Martinez, Ga on Washington Road is probably one of the best “fast food” restaurants there is in regards to food quality and service. Their service is on par to chick-fil-a. I went through the drive-thru today to pick up a mobile order, and after checking the bag to make sure my order was correct, I noticed they accidentally gave me a 4 piece mozzarella sticks instead of one of the 3-piece chicken strips that I ordered. They not only let me keep the mozz sticks that I never touched and tried it return, they also gave me sauce to go with it and the chicken strips that were missing. They were super nice, friendly, patient, understanding and accommodating. They gave me extra sauces that I requested too without giving me a hard time. I’m always side-eyed by fast food customer service employees, even after I tell them that I’m willing to pay any extra fee for extra sauce. This Arby’s is great as are their employees. Nice work.“

“I thought that young people did not work hard! I was wrong... This is the subway that I have went to for years. I needed to order 2 subs and did not think I would have enough time because the line was long and I know that service is not what it used to be... or so I thought. “I've honestly been enjoying bringing my kid here. It's cool that they still have an indoor playground even if it's small. The kid still has hours of fun playing with other kids. The service has been so good too. The workers have been friendly and really patient with my kid. My food has all been fresh too.“

I ordered my food and the original person who gave me my order was nice but i guess the manager on duty Steven who rudely said that it was a charge for extra condiments. But there was a customer who asked for an extra condiment wasn’t charged. Is attitude was very unpleasant and unwanted. However this isn’t just a bad review because there was another nice guy Adam offered to help and place my drinks in a bag that Steven didn’t bother asking me for one and he opened the door for me.
