“This Arby’s in Martinez, Ga on Washington Road is probably one of the best “fast food” restaurants there is in regards to food quality and service. Their service is on par to chick-fil-a. I went through the drive-thru today to pick up a mobile order, and after checking the bag to make sure my order was correct, I noticed they accidentally gave me a 4 piece mozzarella sticks instead of one of the 3-piece chicken strips that I ordered. They not only let me keep the mozz sticks that I never touched and tried it return, they also gave me sauce to go with it and the chicken strips that were missing. They were super nice, friendly, patient, understanding and accommodating. They gave me extra sauces that I requested too without giving me a hard time. I’m always side-eyed by fast food customer service employees, even after I tell them that I’m willing to pay any extra fee for extra sauce. This Arby’s is great as are their employees. Nice work.“

“Just left Jersey Mike's and I love the Philly steak sandwiches but the cook cooked the sandwich so fast it wasn’t even done. So I had to throw the sandwich out so I would not get sick. Really fast service is great but please have your cooks take the time to cook the sandwich all the way through thanks“

“I had originally placed an order at the Evans location & after waiting in store for 30 minutes, 30 minutes after my order confirmed it was ready & had yet to be acknowledged by any worker, I left & placed an order at this location. I was 10 minutes away & my order was ready by the time I walked in. The staff immediately greeted me kindly & with a smile! I didn’t get her name, but the girl at the front was so nice & has a great smile & attitude! The other workers were also kind & friendly. I’d happily go out of my way to pickup from here for the friendliness alone. I hope their manager sees this & knows how good of people they’ve got!“

“My husband and I stopped at this Bojangles on a road trip and had the best experience! We went inside so we could stretch our legs and immediately we were welcomed by cheering of the staff. Once we ordered, we were informed that they actually stopped making coffee at 11 which we didn’t know… However, the team went above and beyond and made us fresh coffee anyways! Tina delivered incredible customer service and if we weren’t on a road trip we would definitely be back.
Sidenote, we loved all the decorations in the restaurant as well for independence day.“

“I've honestly been enjoying bringing my kid here. It's cool that they still have an indoor playground even if it's small. The kid still has hours of fun playing with other kids. The service has been so good too. The workers have been friendly and really patient with my kid. My food has all been fresh too.“

I needed to order 2 subs and did not think I would have enough time because the line was long and I know that service is not what it used to be... or so I thought.
