“The food is good. However, the last time I was here, I believe the owner was outside with family members and one of the women that was in the group actually took a picture of my license plate while I was picking up my order. I haven't been back since. That was very off-putting.“

“Me and my daughter visited the Wingstop on Washington road. The customer service was great. However, when it came time to get our food, it was 30 minutes turn into 45 minutes. On the screen it says that my food was ready when asked if my food was ready. I was told it was getting bagged 25 minutes later I was given my food. I know sometimes restaurants can get busy. But it would have been a nice gesture to let me know that they forgot to make my food and that they were remaking it and that they apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I got no such kind gesture. I don't believe I will not be visiting that Wingstop anytime soon. Even though I love Wingstop, maybe the staff needs more training regarding customer awareness and service.“

“I always have a great experience at this location! The customer service is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and my food order is always correct. The staff is friendly and attentive, and I really appreciate the consistency every time I visit.“

“I just wanted to share my experience today. I ordered my food and the original person who gave me my order was nice but i guess the manager on duty Steven who rudely said that it was a charge for extra condiments. But there was a customer who asked for an extra condiment wasn’t charged. Is attitude was very unpleasant and unwanted. However this isn’t just a bad review because there was another nice guy Adam offered to help and place my drinks in a bag that Steven didn’t bother asking me for one and he opened the door for me. “I got a 5 pc chicken and the $6 meal. I ordered at the drive through window, The nice young lady “Aliah” Took my order, and she had the most respectful manners and she took her time with me. I had a rough day and she definitely gave me some sort of joy. A very nice young lady in a world full of food places where people act like they do not want their job. Food was so fresh and service was amazing.“

“Stopped by Wings & Philly in Grovetown and had a really good experience. I ordered the 4-piece chicken tenders with fries, and everything came out hot and fresh. The portions are really big for the price, so you definitely get your money’s worth.

Aubrey was working the register and was really friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and was patient while I figured out what I wanted to order.
