“I had originally placed an order at the Evans location & after waiting in store for 30 minutes, 30 minutes after my order confirmed it was ready & had yet to be acknowledged by any worker, I left & placed an order at this location. I was 10 minutes away & my order was ready by the time I walked in. The staff immediately greeted me kindly & with a smile! I didn’t get her name, but the girl at the front was so nice & has a great smile & attitude! The other workers were also kind & friendly. I’d happily go out of my way to pickup from here for the friendliness alone. I hope their manager sees this & knows how good of people they’ve got!“

“This might be the best chicken on a stick in the CSRA. The wing definitely didn't come off of a baby chicken like some of the big chains around town, garlic parm wings where okay, but the lemon pepper I had last weak where 🔥. I ordered it take out. Not much ambience inside, but thats fine. Ordered online and it was ready exactly when they said it would be ready. I've been sleeping on Tony's for a decade or more... how did that happen?🤣

(Edit: I will say that I also ordered Vegetable lo mien last week and it was just okay. But this is my new chicken wings/stick chicken place, no doubt.)“

“Jermaine/Germaine( im so sorry i didnt get the spelling) was the most pleasant customer service experience ive had in years. I mean years. If there is one thing that has gone down hill in augusta its customer service but not tonight! He was courteous, polite and more than efficient. And i came in like 20 minutes before closing. He really goes above and beyond and truly takes his job seriously absolutely get that young man a raise. Literally no one anywhere at any restaurant is ever polite anymore. He is truly providing your business something that is just a lost art that no one cares to preserve anymore. I absolutely see him with an amazing career in hospitality or whatever his heart desires to do. Oh and my wings were good“

“I just wanted to share my experience today. I ordered my food and the original person who gave me my order was nice but i guess the manager on duty Steven who rudely said that it was a charge for extra condiments. But there was a customer who asked for an extra condiment wasn’t charged. Is attitude was very unpleasant and unwanted. However this isn’t just a bad review because there was another nice guy Adam offered to help and place my drinks in a bag that Steven didn’t bother asking me for one and he opened the door for me. The workers there are amazing not the leaders“
