“I just wanted to share my experience today. I ordered my food and the original person who gave me my order was nice but i guess the manager on duty Steven who rudely said that it was a charge for extra condiments. But there was a customer who asked for an extra condiment wasn’t charged. Is attitude was very unpleasant and unwanted. However this isn’t just a bad review because there was another nice guy Adam offered to help and place my drinks in a bag that Steven didn’t bother asking me for one and he opened the door for me. The workers there are amazing not the leaders“

“We had a great experience at Incendio! The service was top notch, from the greeting we received coming to the time we left. The food was great! Our server, Bre, was awesome and knew the menu front and back. She asked us our tastes and gave her recommendations based on our reply, and we were not disappointed! The staff was super friendly, again from our greeting down to the restroom attendants. The owner came around to check on us and to have a conversation, which made it feel even more personable. “A family friend ordered pizza for my family & sent it to the hospital (my great aunt is very sick & we are told doesn’t have much more time).. Pizza Hut sent their driver Quinntez to deliver the pizza and not only was he EXTREMELY nice and comforting with his words.. they wrote a nice note on top of one of the pizza boxes and threw it things for free. Quinntez hugged our family as he was leaving and told us we were in his prayers. In a time so hard people like Quinntez are a blessing. There is a female manager with dark hair and tattoos who greeted me when I walked in and immediately saw that I was having a hard day. My beloved dog had just passed away and when I told her that, she gave me so much genuine comfort and then put free brownies with my order. This genuinely warmed my heart. Wonderful place, wonderful management.“

“Had the baked wings and the Big One pizza.

Wings were baked well. Tender with a slight crust. The garlic and herb seasoning was barely noticeable though. I wanted the herbs and garlic to come through more.

The pizza was very flavorful and I enjoyed every bite. The toppings came off three of my slices when I grabbed them, and I think that's because they use a very thin tomato sauce here. Not ideal, but not an issue that ruined my experience. Crust was also burnt, but I like that.

“The wings were on point. My company always uses Marcos when they cater for an event and the pizza is always fantastic. I got a pizza subbed with white sauce tonight and some wings and cheese bread and the wings were fantastic. Pizza was super dry with hardly any sauce, and the cheese bread LOOKS like cheese bread, but tastes like, simply, bread. I would definitely suggest the wings but I don't know about anything else at this point, especially for the price.“

“I've never had a bad pizza from Papa John's. I consistently use 2 different locations for delivery because I work 2 jobs. It is so rare to have this type of consistency in any chain restaurant.

Dietary restrictions: They do offer a gluten free crust.“
